<Job Summary> The Junior Accountant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the Company. This role assists in maintaining accurate accounting records, processing financial transactions, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and statutory requirements under the guidance of the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager. <Key Responsibilities> - Assist in recording and processing daily financial transactions of the Company. - Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements by compiling accounting data and schedules. - Assist in preparing cash flow information and supporting reports as required. - Support reconciliation of invoiced amounts with relevant departments, including communication with the Production Manager when necessary. - Assist in the operations of the finance department, including maintaining proper accounting records and supporting the implementation of finance policies and procedures. - Follow documented accounting processes and support updates to procedures when required, including: a. Accounts Payable process, including aging management b. Accounts Receivable / invoicing process, including aging management c. Month-end closing process d. Internal control procedures e. Collection follow-up for receivables, as instructed - Support communication with auditors by preparing requested documents and schedules. - Assist in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger operations. - Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis. - Support year-end statutory audit procedures, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents. - Assist in tax compliance activities, including preparation of supporting documentation and filing records. - Follow internal financial controls and company procedures. - Maintain accounting files, records, and documentation in an accurate and organized manner. - Assist in preparing annual forecast and budget-related reports by collecting and organizing financial data. - Support inter-company billing and reconciliation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. - Assist in preparing reports required by shareholders or management. - Ensure Company procedures are followed in daily accounting activities. - Support compliance with requirements from shareholders and internal policies. - Perform bank reconciliations and assist in maintaining banking records. - Support banking and finance-related administrative procedures, including preparation of documents for approvals and record-keeping. - Assist in preparing documentation for banking transactions and other financial instruments under supervision. - Support system implementation, data migration, or process improvement projects when required. - Prepare accounting entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for review by the Senior Accountant - Ensure accuracy of data and timely submission of assigned tasks - Perform ad-hoc assignments as required by the Company.

Job Description / Responsibilities -You will be responsible for supporting smooth communication between Japanese expatriates and Filipino staff on the manufacturing floor. The primary focus of this role is translating and interpreting technical terms related to specialized manufacturing processes and engineering requirements. -On-site Interpretation: Provide consecutive interpretation (Japanese ⇔ English/Tagalog) during production floor meetings, morning assemblies, quality control discussions, and troubleshooting situations. -Translation Duties: Translate manufacturing manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality control reports, internal memorandums, and daily emails. -Meeting Support: Serve as an interpreter during online meetings with the Japan Head Office, as well as high-level meetings involving management and engineers. -Other Duties: Provide general administrative support to Japanese expatriates and offer language assistance for new projects (e.g., the launch of new production lines).

- Handle all legal and regulatory duties as the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) at the logistics facility. - Manage applications and renewals for government permits required for the storage and transportation of chemicals and Dangerous Goods (DG). Target agencies: PNP, PDEA, and other relevant government offices. - Ensure compliance in accordance with IMPEX and PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) regulations.

- Perform warehouse operations including inbound/outbound handling, inventory counting, picking, and stacking. - Safely operate both Reach trucks (stand-up) and Counterbalance forklifts (sit-down). - Ensure careful handling of delicate goods (such as electronic components and chemicals) for manufacturing and PEZA-registered clients. - Conduct daily equipment inspections and strictly maintain warehouse 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
