• Job Description

  Preparation and prioritization of annual and monthly preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, and execution of maintenance activities based on the planned schedules. Conduct regular inspections of machines and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Evaluate and analyze machine and equipment troubles, and propose and recommend corrective actions for improvement. Perform actual maintenance, repair, testing, commissioning, assembly, and fabrication work, while supervising and supporting maintenance staff. Coordinate daily maintenance schedules with the Planning, Production, and Delivery departments based on annual and monthly schedules. Prepare weekly manpower schedules for maintenance staff. Ensure and manage the overall safety and efficiency of maintenance operations. Manage inventory of maintenance spare parts and critical production consumables, prepare purchase requisitions, and monitor consumption and usage. Prepare various monthly reports for management, including direct costs, machine troubles, and maintenance summaries. Prepare and revise work instructions (WI), work processes, and specifications.
