Develop internal manuals/FAQs and mentor the team. Lead system enhancements, rollouts, and upgrades.

Advance integration with parent company and warehouse systems to eliminate manual operations. -Core Systems Development & Operation: Maximize the functionality of POS, inventory, sales management, e-commerce, and CRM systems. Lead rapid incident resolution to minimize operational impact. Implement user training to eliminate human errors. -IT Strategy Planning & Execution: Prepare necessary IT strategies based on future business plans. Propose drastic strategies to assist in the company's business expansion in the country. -Other Management Duties: Maintain and optimize internal infrastructure (networks, terminals, servers). Handle vendor and progress management for outsourced development. Coordinate with executive management and operational departments to drive improvements.
