・Management Support: Assist the Finance Center Manager in providing comprehensive finance, accounting, and tax support. ・Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for day-to-day finance, accounting, and system-related queries from group companies. ・Compliance & Guidance: Ensure all guidance provided is timely, accurate, and aligned with both global and local policies/regulations.

【Experience】 ・Overall: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, audit, or tax. ・Supervisory: At least 2 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role. ・Audit Exposure: Prior exposure to both external and internal audit is preferred. ・Company Environment: Experience working within a multinational or Japanese company environment is a distinct advantage. 【Education & Certificatio】 ・Degree: Graduate of BS Accountancy. ・Certification: CPA license is preferred. Non-CPAs will be considered based on the depth of relevant experience.
