Lead rapid incident resolution to minimize operational impact. Implement user training to eliminate human errors. -IT Strategy Planning & Execution: Prepare necessary IT strategies based on future business plans. Propose drastic strategies to assist in the company's business expansion in the country. -Other Management Duties: Maintain and optimize internal infrastructure (networks, terminals, servers). Handle vendor and progress management for outsourced development. Coordinate with executive management and operational departments to drive improvements.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformities (from root cause analysis to horizontal deployment and follow-up). - Handle and track internal quality abnormalities. - Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 5. Cross-functional & External Collaboration - Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and R&D departments to resolve quality issues. - Prepare quality reports for management reviews and regulatory audits. - Collect and respond to customer monitoring data.
