Responsibilities: Business Relationship Building: Manage planned orders and build/maintain long-term relationships with customers. VOC Handling & Engagement: Professionally manage Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback and response times. Sales Contribution & Demand Planning: Drive revenue growth by leveraging customer demand forecasting and eliminate production line bottlenecks through proactive capacity management. Talent Development: Execute training and succession planning for the customer support team.

[MUST-HAVE] -Experience: Any industry. Over 10 years of relevant experience (or experience managing a team of 20+ members). -Language: Fluent English proficiency is required. [NICE-TO-HAVE] -Experience in Japanese manufacturing company -Japanese language skills are considered a strong plus.
