The Collection Department is created to maximize the company’s performance and profits through the delivery of efficient collection methods. The Collections Agency Coordinator Jr. Officer is expected to work closely with the Collections Manager in designing and implementing the company’s collection strategies and programs. The Collections Agency Coordinator Jr. Officer is responsible for the achievement of collection targets by supervising the collection activities.

1. Educational Background • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in any business course. 2. Job Specific Competencies • At least 2-year experience in Team Leader role in banking and finance industry. • Considerable experience in high volume collections • Considerable experience working in or with collection agencies is an advantage • Considerable experience in credit analysis is a great advantage • Strong knowledge of collection legal process • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Good in negotiation
