We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all accounting operations, ensure compliance with government regulations, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can lead a team, drive efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. 【Responsibilities】 • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation. • Lead and manage the general accounting functions — ensure accurate financial records, perform account and bank reconciliations, and prepare journal entries. • Handle month-end entries, accruals, prepayment amortizations, and necessary adjustments. • Manage accrued expenses and reversal entries. • Prepare and file all BIR tax requirements, including but not limited to:  – Income Tax Returns (1702, 1702Q)  – Withholding Tax on Compensation (1601C) and Expanded Withholding Tax (1601E)  – Value Added Tax Returns (2550M/Q)  – Returns of Income Taxes Withheld (1604CF, 1604E)  – Annual registration fee (0605) and registration of bound loose-leaf books (1900) • Compile and submit inventory lists and maintain accurate records. • Handle BIR Certificate of Registration (COR) for new and existing sites, and coordinate on any amendments. • Prepare and submit supporting documents for BIR Letters of Authority (LOA) and assist during tax reviews and audits. • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and performance-driven environment. • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business growth.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets • Monitor and optimise production processes to improve efficiency, productivity and quality • Ensure adherence to all health, safety and environmental regulations • Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implement corrective actions and document findings • Provide hands-on support and training to production team members as needed • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Materials, Maintenance, Quality) to resolve cross-functional challenges • Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management • Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

•Negotiate contracts and purchase orders to secure the best possible pricing, quality, and delivery terms •Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, resolve any issues, and maintain strong relationships •Analyse purchasing data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement •Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

• Implement the section’s annual action plans and targets. • Review check sheets monthly, including daily inspection/repair history. • Monitor activities and special projects to meet monthly downtime targets. • Implement and track the annual preventive maintenance (PM) schedule. • Review drawings and layouts for layout bars and required supplies. • Assign manpower for set-up activities and monitor progress. • Evaluate and approve sewn, fabricated, and welded materials for line set-up. • Identify, analyze, and implement countermeasures for difficult/problematic jigs. • Manage Kaizen implementation progress. • Monitor required information to ensure SKT compliance. • Review and evaluate Design Change Notices (DCN). • Conduct training and skill development for all PE staff and associates.
