[MUST-HAVE] -Experience: 10 years of Quality Control (QC) experience in the same industry (semiconductors or electronic components). -Technical Skills: Practical experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and strong data analysis skills. -Management: Experience managing and mentoring inspection staff and QC engineers. [NICE-TO-HAVE] -Experience in Japanese manufacturing company
