Quality Assurance & Process Control - Verify quality specification compliance across all stages, from raw materials to finished goods. - Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Perform daily on-site quality and 5S inspections, ensuring immediate sharing of issues with relevant departments. - Monitor production processes by leading a monitoring team and providing bi-weekly reports to executive management (GM/Chairman). 3. Documentation & KPI Management - Review and approve various inspection reports, test results, and quality-related documentation. - Verify and sign off on daily reports and measurement records, including regular compliance spot checks (3 times daily). - Establish KPI targets and execute corrective actions to ensure goal achievement. 4. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformities (from root cause analysis to horizontal deployment and follow-up). - Handle and track internal quality abnormalities. - Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 5. Cross-functional & External Collaboration - Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and R&D departments to resolve quality issues. - Prepare quality reports for management reviews and regulatory audits. - Collect and respond to customer monitoring data.
