• Job Description

  Equipment Design & Development ・Automated assembly machine design: Design of automated assembly lines combining image recognition, positioning, insertion, and ・inspection processes to handle fine-pitch, high-precision connectors. ・Specification development: Definition of takt time and yield targets based on product requirements, and preparation of equipment ・specification documents (RFQ). ・Control program development: PLC (sequencer) programming, HMI (touch panel) design, and robot teaching/programming. Equipment Maintenance & Management ・Preventive maintenance planning: Establishment of regular inspection cycles to minimize unexpected equipment downtime. ・Advanced troubleshooting: Root cause analysis and resolution of complex mechanical and electrical issues that cannot be solved by on-site staff. ・Productivity improvement: Quality and efficiency improvement initiatives such as jig modifications, cycle time reduction, and replacement/upgrading of sensors. Training and Development of Junior Engineers ・Technical training: On-the-job training (OJT) for local engineers in CAD drawing creation, electrical circuit design, and troubleshooting skills. ・Documentation: Standardization and systematization of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting workflows.
