The Mold Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mold maintenance and repair section to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of production molds. The role includes supervising mold technicians, monitoring mold performance, implementing preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring molds are maintained in excellent working condition to support production quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Requirement
Graduate of Industrial Technology or any Engineering-related course. With at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a plastic molding company. Proficient in cleaning, repairing, and maintaining molds used in production processes.
