Job Description
Key Responsibilities -On-site Interpretation: Bridge communication between Japanese expatriates and local staff (warehouse personnel, drivers, and management) on the operations floor and in the office. -Meeting Interpretation: Provide consecutive interpretation during internal meetings, daily morning briefings, and client discussions (e.g., Toyota-related operations). -Document Translation: Translate various documents from Japanese to English/Tagalog and vice versa, including emails, internal memos, operational manuals, and safety guidelines. -Administrative Support: Assist Japanese expatriates with general administrative tasks, schedule management, visitor accommodation, and other related clerical duties.

Qualifications & Requirements -Location: Must be a resident of Laguna (or residing within a highly accessible commute to Santa Rosa City). -Language Proficiency: Japanese: JLPT N3 level or equivalent. Must have strong conversational and reading skills. -English & Tagalog: Business level proficiency for smooth communication with local staff. -Experience: Previous work experience as an Interpreter/Translator is highly preferred. (Highly communicative candidates without formal translation experience but with strong Japanese skills may also apply). -Advantage: Background or previous work experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing (especially the automotive industry) is a major plus.
