  About the Role Rapidly expanding its footprint, and Coffee & Bakery division is our newest and most exciting pillar of growth. We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Head of F&B Business to lead this expansion. As the Business Head, you will hold full P&L responsibility and drive the strategic direction, commercial growth, and overall management of the F&B division. You will work closely with our local joint venture partners and Japanese HQ counterparts to scale the business while strictly upholding global standards and philosophy. Key Responsibilities -Business Strategy & Expansion: Develop and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for Coffee & Bakery in the Philippines. Identify new market opportunities, lead site selection for stand-alone or in-store concepts, and manage the complete rollout lifecycle. -Financial Leadership (P&L Management): Take full ownership of the F&B division's P&L. Develop annual budgets, forecast sales, optimize pricing strategies, and manage CAPEX/OPEX to ensure sustainable profitability and strong ROI. -Global Standard & Cross-Cultural Integration: Act as the primary bridge between Philippine market dynamics and Japanese global standards. Ensure that product quality, store design, and customer experience flawlessly reflect the brand identity. -Menu Development & Supply Chain: Direct the R&D and product development strategies to introduce locally relevant yet brand-aligned menu items. Build a robust, scalable, and sustainable local supply chain and central kitchen network. -Organizational Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing F&B management team (Operations, R&D, Supply Chain). Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and alignment with core values.
