Job Description
>Monitor the completion of all drawings and plans, as well as the adherence to the plans by acting as the liaison between the designers and the technical team >Prepare actual drawings of critical details from time to time >Assist in the review of plans, drawings, and details and ensures the accuracy, completeness and compliance >Conduct site inspections from time to time to confirm that the key architectural details were followed >Prepare and submit necessary documents and reports required by Management >Perform other Management mandated functions

Requirement
[MUST-HAVE] -Architectural Graduate; Licensed Architect Preferred - Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in design and execution - Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Office - Experienced in various design phases such as conceptualization, schematic and design development
