    【About the Role】 Newly established logistics company in the Philippines (currently in its 2nd year), backed by a global logistics group. The company provides end-to-end supply chain solutions and is planning to acquire a forwarding license to expand into international transport operations. This is a great opportunity to grow with a start-up logistics operation located in Cabuyao, Laguna. We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin & Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks and general accounting functions, with a strong focus on tax-related reporting. 【Responsibilities】 -Accounting & Tax (Core task): Coordinate primarily with external consulting firms regarding general accounting and tax-related requirements (e.g., BIR reports, monthly tax filings). -General Administration: Handle daily office admin tasks including company car operation management, hotel arrangements for business travelers, and visa processing for expatriates. -HR Support: Perform basic HR tasks such as monitoring employee attendance, handling employee records, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding. -Support management with data preparation and internal reporting. -Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [MUST] -2–3 years of experience in general accounting, especially in tax-related tasks. -Overall professional working experience of around 3 to 5 years (Young professionals are highly welcome). -Stable employment history (Job hoppers will not be considered). -Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Admin, or related course. [BETTER] -Previous background or experience in HR and General Administrative tasks. -Female preferred (to balance workplace demographics). -Experience coordinating with external accounting or consulting firms. -Familiarity with start-up or small business environments.
