The Project Engineering Supervisor oversees quality standards and technical project execution within a Japanese manufacturing environment. This role bridges the gap between technical inspection and bilingual coordination, ensuring all samples meet precise quality and color specifications. ■ Position Overview We are looking for an experienced leader to spearhead our Issuing Team. This role is responsible for expanding business opportunities with existing card issuing partners and driving the achievement of midyear and annual goals. You will take ownership of establishing and maintaining business relationships to increase the card base in the Philippines. ■ Duties and Responsibilities -Strategic Planning: Create strategic plans to ensure the fulfillment of midyear and annual KPIs. -Team Leadership: Spearhead the Issuing team, provide direction, and conduct frequent coaching sessions to encourage self-improvement and task completion. -Business Expansion: -Identify and plan new products and features for existing partners. -Propose, design, and communicate card acquisition campaigns and promotions to support existing clients. -Relationship Management: Conduct visits and maintain constant open communication with partners. Report updates, issues, or challenges to the Head of Issuing. -Data & Research: Correlate and analyze data/reports from partner banks for business enhancement. Conduct research to identify opportunities to improve market share. -Collaboration: Work with senior management to ensure collaboration of ideas. Participate in partner-initiated activities (e.g., corporate presentations, sales rallies). -Operations: Ensure proper implementation and fulfillment of operational procedures for the Issuing business.

Supervises accounting staff and ensures compliance with Accounts Payable procedures, month-end closing requirements, and applicable Philippine accounting laws. Reviews reports, improves accounting systems and policies, supports staff development, and coordinates with other departments. Acts as section lead in the absence of the manager.

【Team & Project Management】 ・Organize, lead, and motivate software engineering teams. ・Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, optimizing resource allocation and managing schedules. ・Monitor progress to ensure delivery within agreed specifications and deadlines. 【Technical Leadership & Development】 ・Design, code, and test applications primarily using Laravel and ReactJS. ・Troubleshoot complex system issues as a “technical detective” to identify and resolve challenges. ・Establish modern development environments and support product development using AWS, Docker, GitHub, and other tools.

・Strategic & Financial Management -Create a growth strategy for the center in coordination with the Business Head. -Provide requisite support to the Sales and Marketing team to increase center revenue. -Present an ROI and create a budget for upcoming and ongoing activities in consultation with the General Manager & Medical Director at the beginning of the year. -Revisit the budget on a quarterly basis to ascertain planned vs. actual utilization. -Maintain the center's financial accounts and send periodic MIS reports to the Head Office. -Provide approvals for center-specific purchase orders and vendor payments. -Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls. ・Center Operations & Administration -Supervise the center's operational activities. -Oversee security and surveillance of the center. -Ensure timely opening and closing of the center. -Ensure uninterrupted resource availability and make alternate arrangements as per the need of the center. -Maintain overall center responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, and obligations. -Maintain and improve mechanisms for center activities, measuring operations, processes, outcomes, and profitability, and disseminate feedback to appropriate internal entities. -Customer Service & Quality Assurance -Ensure guests are provided with the best quality of services and ensure "Guest Delight". -Ensure tests are conducted effectively and to the satisfaction of the guest. -Resolve guest grievances, capture and maintain positive customer feedback, and ensure improvements based on feedback received. -Ensure safe delivery of guest care services and ensure the safety of guests as well as staff. -Assist the Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans. ・Team Management -Recruit, train, set actions and targets, appraise, manage performance, and provide coaching and general support to all team members. -Ensure team targets and those of the team as a whole are met. -Ensure discipline and adherence to policies like work hours, dress code, and leave. -Contribute to the training and development of the team. -Ensure the team understands that the center's profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations, including relationships and risk management.
