A leading Japanese-affiliated logistics and warehousing company is expanding its Philippine operations and is urgently hiring a high-impact Admin & HR Assistant Manager. This is a key strategic position responsible for stabilizing and strengthening both administrative governance and HR operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role offers direct exposure to senior management and decision-making processes, making it ideal for professionals ready to step up into a broader leadership scope. We are seeking a hands-on, execution-driven HR & Admin professional who can immediately take ownership, stabilize processes, and operate in a structured Japanese corporate environment. This is not an entry-level coordination role—it is a decision-support and operational leadership position. ________________________________________ 【Key Responsibilities】 *Administrative Leadership* • Full ownership of administrative compliance (permits, licenses, statutory requirements) • Ensure workplace safety, security, housekeeping, and facility management standards • Manage contracts, audits (internal/external/government), and infrastructure controls • Strengthen internal control systems and operational discipline *HR Management & Strategy* • Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning • Manage payroll processing, compensation structure, and benefits administration • Drive performance management, evaluation systems, and employee development programs • Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes *Management Reporting & Supervision* • Provide accurate and timely HR/Admin reports to top management • Supervise and evaluate subordinate performance • Support management in organizational improvements and policy implementation ★Why This Role is Attractive★ • Newly created leadership role with high visibility to management • Direct involvement in HR strategy, compliance, and organizational development • Stable Japanese company with long-term operations in the Philippines (since 2013) • Opportunity to handle both HR and Admin end-to-end scope • Strong career growth potential in logistics industry structure

【MUST】 • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 5 years experience in Assistant Manager-level HR/Admin role • Strong background in both HR operations and general administration • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines • Proficient in English and Filipino • Willing to work onsite in Laguna • Preferably residing near Laguna or nearby provinces ________________________________________ 【BETTER】 • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industry • Exposure to Japanese company environment or structured corporate systems
