Responsibilities: -Execute prompt and highly accurate laboratory tests in a facility equipped with the latest medical devices. -Staffing Note: There must be at least one competent RMT per assigned area per shift (Microscopy – minimum 1 per shift, Hematology – minimum 1 per shift, Clinical Chemistry – minimum 1 per shift). The number of full-time RMTs should be adequate based on the workload and range of services provided.

[General Accounting & FS Preparation] ・Prepare necessary Bank reports (Bank reconciliation, cash position report, and bank balance report). ・Prepare Journal Entries and Trial Balance. ・Prepare GJ / PJ / CRJ / CDJ. ・Prepare PPE Lapsing schedule and monthly depreciation of equipment. ・Prepare Financial Statements. ・Check Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) schedules. ・Prepare and monitor advances to suppliers, officers/employees, and other subjects for salary deduction. ・Prepare the conversion of sales into Peso. ・Approve check preparations in Metrobank. [Petty Cash Management] ・Issue petty cash advances and petty cash payments. ・Prepare the replenishment of petty cash. ・Encash checks to petty cash. [Other Duties] ・Responsible for all inventories (including fixed assets) and the preparation of related reports. ・Monitor and renew company insurances. ・Prepare Actuarial Reports. ・Prepare payments for other service providers for top management. ・Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
