Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma: > Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity. > Facilitate workshops and kaizen events to empower teams and foster continuous improvement. 5. Operational Excellence: > Work with leadership to set performance targets aligned with corporate goals. > Regularly assess manufacturing operations for compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. 6. Cost Management: > Identify cost-saving opportunities across manufacturing operations while maintaining product quality. > Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to improve resource utilization and inventory management. 7. Technology and Digital Integration: > Evaluate and implement technologies to enhance manufacturing processes, including automation and data-driven decision-making tools. > Partner with IT to improve reporting systems and integrate ERP solutions for end-to-end visibility. 8. Cross-functional Collaboration: > Partner with production, quality, finance, and HR teams to ensure KPIs reflect holistic company performance. > Act as a liaison between the manufacturing floor and senior management to align operational performance with strategic objectives.

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor who can manage our full delivery operations, including fleet coordination, route planning, 3PL handling, and team supervision. This role is crucial for supporting our ice cream distribution nationwide, requiring experience in fast-moving, temperature-sensitive products. Key Responsibilities: > Oversee daily logistics and delivery operations, ensuring timely dispatch and arrival of products. > Manage a team of drivers and delivery assistants, including performance, discipline, and scheduling. > Plan efficient delivery routes for multiple trips per day across various customer locations. > Coordinate with 3PL partners and cold chain providers for outsourced deliveries. > Monitor vehicle availability, preventive maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. > Work with sales, warehouse, and production teams to align distribution with customer commitments. > Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip reports, and delivery tracking systems. > Support 24-hour logistics coverage and rotating dispatch schedules.
