DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Support: ● Provides technical assistance pertains to the customized reports related to SAP and KA DMS ● Resolves technical issues related to SAP and KA DMS via phone, in person, or remotely. ● Travels to other branches to provide Users Training in relation to SAP and KA DMS

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent WORK EXPERIENCE: ● With at least one (1) to three (3) Years' experience in SAP or any ERP application Support. ● Knowledge in defensive coding skills
