ABOUT THE ROLE We are a consumer lending company. Our model works through Partner Stores (motorcycle dealers, retail chains, etc.) who display our QR-coded materials — customers scan, apply, and get loans. This GM will be the primary hunter responsible for closing chain-wide agreements with large enterprise partners like Motortrade, Motech, and Lica Group. This is an individual contributor role first — we need someone who can hunt and close independently before eventually building a team.

The Sales Engineer will play a key role in bridging technical expertise with customer needs. This position involves delivering in-depth product knowledge, understanding client requirements, and proposing tailored solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth, support sales initiatives, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. ROLE PURPOSE The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Assuming ownership of and continuously enhancing the existing Power Platform environment • Delivering end-to-end automation solutions in support of loan operations • Facilitating knowledge transfer to the IT Head where applicable SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES • Power Apps (Canvas): Development and improvement of loan operations applications • Power Automate: Design and management of approval workflows, notifications, and system integrations • Power BI: Creation and maintenance of executive dashboards and KPI reporting • Dataverse: Data model management, table design, and Business Process Flow (BPF) configuration KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Design, develop, and continuously improve solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) • Build scalable Power Automate workflows incorporating branching logic and error-handling protocols • Architect and optimize Dataverse data models with performance and delegation in mind • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive-level KPI reports • Lead integrations via APIs and connectors, including with accounting systems such as Xero • Produce and maintain thorough technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and change logs

Key Responsibilities ・Design manufacturing processes and support standardization for the mass production of newly received orders. ・Create and modify drawings for die-cutting molds/dies and jigs using CAD software. ・Collect data and propose improvements to increase yield rates and reduce costs on existing production lines. ・Investigate the root causes of defects on the manufacturing floor and implement effective countermeasures.

Financial Reporting & Closing * Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (MYOB FS/PL Data) * Support month-end and year-end closing processes (MYOB or other Accounting Software) * Review journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS) 2. I. PRIMARY PURPOSE The CAD ENGINEER is responsible for Reviewing Structural and Architectural Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, and other Related Drawings. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES > Review of Structural and Architectural shop Drawings/Fabrication Drawings
 > Meetings with the Consultant, Subcontractors & Third Parties (COORDINATION)
 > Site Visit/Checking (FIELD)
 > Other duties that may be assigned as deemed necessary documents (PAPER WORKS)
 > Reports and Tracking (REPORTS)

>Report to the office on Mondays; report to the assigned sales area from Tuesdays to Fridays >Comfortable being in the field to visit manufacturing plants and meet customers >Self-drive to customer sites (Individuals who are not experienced drivers of 4-wheel vehicles need not apply) >Willing to take calls from colleagues or customers outside working days >Prospecting for customers and gathering sales leads >Acquiring new accounts >Expanding and developing business opportunities in existing accounts within assigned area >Understanding technical requirements and analyzing customer needs through visits, online meetings, and other channels >Carrying out presentations of solutions to customers >Planning, organizing, and conducting marketing activities in assigned area >Achieving agreed sales targets

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: > Must go through the Project Quality Plan and understand the requirements within his scope/ discipline > Must be well conversant with the inspection test plans & inspection checklists applicable to the concerned activity of his discipline. > A copy of Inspection Test Plans & Inspections checklists, as applicable to this project, for the related discipline, should be available with the inspector for ready reference. > Should field verify compliance as per the Inspection Checklist and should obtain the signature from client after the completion of the inspection at the jobsite > Shall motor construction activities at the site in coordination with the construction team > Should verify the DOUCUMENT APPROVAL (VSR, MAR, MS, T&C Procedures) & Personnel Qualifications/ Certifications of Subcontractor operatives - as applicable > Request for inspection should be initiated at least 24hrs prior to the scheduled inspection during weekdays and 48hrs in advance, during weekends. > Must be present at the site at least 30 minutes before the scheduled inspection, with the relevant inspection checklist and IFC drawings on hand. > Conduct rigorous testing methodologies to assess product quality and reliability.
