Responsible for overseeing overall warehouse operations to ensure efficient use of space, proper handling, and safekeeping of materials. Monitors the flow of goods using the FIFO system and coordinates closely with the purchasing and production departments for timely deliveries and inventory management. Ensures inventory accuracy, resolves discrepancies, and implements preventive measures to address variances. Maintains high standards of customer service by addressing product preparation issues promptly. Develops and implements operational processes to optimize departmental performance, manages manpower requirements, and evaluates employee performance to achieve organizational objectives.

・Accompany Japanese sales representatives on client visits. ・Build and maintain strong relationships with Filipino client representatives. ・Act as a communication bridge between clients, partner factories, and the Japanese headquarters. ・Prepare and submit sales activity reports in Japanese. ・Support the preparation of quotations and management of delivery schedules. ・Assist Japanese representatives in quality control operations at partner factories.

・Built and leveraged strong relationships with key decision-makers at major conglomerate developers, successfully securing TOTO product specifications for new large-scale projects such as luxury condominiums, hotels, and commercial facilities. ・Deeply involved from the planning stage of projects, taking the lead in providing optimal product proposals tailored to client needs, preparing quotations, conducting price negotiations, and overseeing the entire process through to contract and delivery. ・Established relationships with architectural and design firms that include renowned architects and interior designers, promoting the value of the TOTO brand and securing continuous product specifications. ・Collaborated with existing distributors by providing information sharing and support to facilitate smooth approaches to developers and architectural firms. ・Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop and execute effective sales strategies. ・Analyze sales performance and report the results to the Philippine sales office and the regional headquarters.
