The role is responsible for the quality and timely delivery of general HR-related strategies and initiatives by partnering with business and support units.

Your mission will be to further grow our products, including the globally recognized brand Salonpas®, in the Philippine market. You will be responsible for major drugstores, contributing to maximizing brand value and increasing sales. Detailed Responsibilities: １.Account Management You will build strong relationships with headquarters buyers and store staff at the Philippines' largest drugstore chains (such as Watsons and Mercury Drug) and perform the following tasks: - Sales Management and Analysis: Manage sales targets for each assigned store, analyze sales data, identify challenges, and plan and execute strategies to boost sales. - Promotion Planning: Plan and propose sales promotions, campaigns, and bundle sales to customers. - In-store Merchandising: Visit assigned stores to improve shelf layouts and set up/manage POP (point-of-purchase) materials to make our products more attractive. - Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory status of each store to prevent out-of-stock situations and promote appropriate ordering. 2.New Business Development You will explore and open new growth opportunities beyond existing channels: - Propose expanding product lines (SKUs) and the number of stores carrying our products within assigned accounts. - Approach and negotiate contracts with new sales channels, including other drugstores, supermarkets, and convenience stores that are not yet our partners. 3.Reporting & Coordination - Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and market trends for management. - Work smoothly with internal departments, such as marketing and logistics, to advance business operations.

Primary Objective: Development, configuration and quality control of software running in RDBMS. DATABASE ADMINISTRATION > Configure and maintain MS SQL Server and Oracle databases for development and quality control > Perform upgrades, backups, restores and performance tuning > Implement and manage database security, including user roles and privileges > Monitor database health and resolve issues proactively > Support and guidance teams to ensure efficient database operations and troubleshooting. SQL DEVELOPMENT > Design and develop stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views. > Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and data extraction. > Collaborate with application developers to integrate database logic into applications. QUALITY CONTROL > Design and perform functional, performance and integration tests > Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact product delivery, developing risk mitigation plans, and implementing appropriate measures to minimize risks. > Timely escalation of risks and issues that affect systems quality. DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE > Maintain detailed documentation of database structures, configurations, and procedures. > Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations TRAINING AND SUPPORT > assist with setup/troubleshooting SQL/Oracle databases > Share best practices and knowledge on database setup, configuration, and maintenance to enhance team capabilities and performance.

・Supervise and lead the purchasing team to achieve departmental goals and deadlines. ・Develop and implement purchasing strategies aimed at cost reduction and operational efficiency. ・Select and evaluate suppliers, and negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions. ・Review and approve purchase orders and requisitions. ・Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure adequate stock. ・Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. ・Monitor and report compliance with regulatory requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Bureau of Customs (BoC), and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). ・Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare reports for management. ・Resolve supplier issues, delays, and discrepancies. ・Collaborate with other departments such as finance, logistics, and quality assurance. ・Train and mentor purchasing staff to improve skills and performance. ・Stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry developments. ・Perform other related tasks as directed by the supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure the implementation of standard procedures, policies, rules and regulations on organization wide learning and development and make appropriate recommendations on improvements of policies and processes affecting knowledge transfer, learning, employee development, succession planning, career and performance management.

・Mentoring and coaching of Finance employees. ・Prepare and review PEZA mandated requirements. ・Preparation of finance internal controls, policies, and procedures. ・Ensure 100% filing of BIR Returns and other government agencies requirements within the deadline (ITR, VAT, EWT, etc.) ・Review of annual budget of departments. ・Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and payroll entries. ・Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. ・Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses. ・Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost reduction strategies. ・Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in coordination with department heads. ・Coordinate with external auditors during financial and tax audits. ・Improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and internal controls. ・Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, providing training and performance feedback.

The BIM Modeler will work closely with our Project Management and Construction teams to utilize BIM modelling to create drawings that are of the highest level of details and accuracy > Responsible for the day-to-day planning and implanting of projects > Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and models > Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support > Develop BIM plans and understand the scope of work with relevant parties > Demonstrate a strong understanding of constructions workflow processes and priorities > Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet the requirements > Troubleshoot any BIM related issues > Manage BIM projects benchmarks to meet project deadlines > Contribute to the documentation, dissemination and monitoring of standards, best practices, and industry advancements

> Ensure that process and product complies with the set standards for the company to be able to ship high quality of product > Execute periodic quality audit to verify compliance of each process or function in accordance to quality system standards > Check defect mode per non-conforming lot and request proper failure analysis to provide lot treatment and prevent outflow of defective products to Customer. > Analyze defect trend based on Non-Conformance report data > Escalate detection of high risk defect mode, spearhead activities to reduce of defect occurrence, and monitor improvement implementation progress
