As Project Development Senior Officer, you’ll take a leadership role in executing real estate development from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with the Project Development Head and cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and deliver projects that are timely, profitable, and aligned with market needs. 【Responsibilities】 >Drive and manage project timelines, workstreams, and critical milestones >Coordinate across teams (design, legal, sales, permitting, construction, etc.) >Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis >Develop and evaluate pricing, sales strategies, and client approvals >Ensure timely compliance with all pre-launch and turnover requirements >Support budget tracking, profitability analysis, and risk management >Assist with property turnover and transition to property management

・ Perform chemical analysis of water samples provided by clients (e.g., pH, conductivity, TOC, ion concentration, hardness). ・ Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on analytical instruments such as spectrophotometers, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers (AAS), and ion chromatographs. ・ Ensure accurate recording of analysis data and prepare technical reports. ・ Manage the inventory of chemical reagents used in the lab and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS). ・ Maintain and improve the laboratory's quality management activities in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.

- Design and management of water treatment facilities (e.g., industrial wastewater, pure water systems). - Installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment. - On-site construction supervision and progress management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Support: ● Provides technical assistance pertains to the customized reports related to SAP and KA DMS ● Resolves technical issues related to SAP and KA DMS via phone, in person, or remotely. ● Travels to other branches to provide Users Training in relation to SAP and KA DMS

Technical & Analytical Duties: ・ Conduct advanced chemical analysis on samples taken from client production lines to identify the root cause of water-related issues. ・ Based on analysis results, technically evaluate and propose improvements for water treatment processes and the optimization of chemical applications. ・ Plan and execute evaluation tests for new technologies and products within the laboratory. Customer-Facing & Sales Support Duties: ・ Accompany sales representatives on client visits to conduct technical interviews and on-site investigations. ・ Explain complex analytical data to clients in a clear and understandable manner and provide proposals for improvement. ・ Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries from customers.
