Main Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will act as a Bridge Project Manager for the implementation of the "Oracle NetSuite" cloud ERP package, dedicated to solving the business challenges of our Japanese clients. Requirements Definition: ・You will conduct interviews with Japanese clients in Japanese to understand their business requirements and challenges, and accurately define the system specifications. Bridge & Liaison: ・You will be responsible for accurately communicating the client's requests to our Filipino engineering team in Makati using English or Tagalog. Conversely, you will provide feedback, including questions and suggestions from the development team, back to the client in Japanese. Project Management: ・You will oversee the entire development project, including managing progress, tracking issues, and performing risk management to ensure timely delivery. Client Reporting: ・You will build and maintain a strong relationship of trust with the client by providing regular project status reports. -Background Our company is experiencing rapid growth with diverse manufacturing divisions, including metal pressing, sheet metal processing, resin molding, welding, and die-casting (aluminum). We are now launching a full-fledged painting department to maximize the added value of our products. We plan to expand this team from its current size of three to twenty members within the next six months. We are looking for a leader to be at the core of this expansion, who can establish quality and productivity on the front lines and drive the department's growth. It's a highly rewarding role where you will build the foundation of the department with your own technical skills and develop future leaders. -Responsibilities As the technical backbone of our painting department, you will act as a Playing Manager. Technical & Hands-On (70%) Operate, set conditions for, and troubleshoot painting equipment, particularly liquid painting lines. Perform high-quality painting work personally as an active team member. Management (30%) Assign tasks and manage progress based on production plans. Manage and train team members.

・Supervise and lead the purchasing team to achieve departmental goals and deadlines. ・Develop and implement purchasing strategies aimed at cost reduction and operational efficiency. ・Select and evaluate suppliers, and negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions. ・Review and approve purchase orders and requisitions. ・Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure adequate stock. ・Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. ・Monitor and report compliance with regulatory requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Bureau of Customs (BoC), and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). ・Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare reports for management. ・Resolve supplier issues, delays, and discrepancies. ・Collaborate with other departments such as finance, logistics, and quality assurance. ・Train and mentor purchasing staff to improve skills and performance. ・Stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry developments. ・Perform other related tasks as directed by the supervisor.

The role is responsible for the quality and timely delivery of general HR-related strategies and initiatives by partnering with business and support units.

・Mentoring and coaching of Finance employees. ・Prepare and review PEZA mandated requirements. ・Preparation of finance internal controls, policies, and procedures. ・Ensure 100% filing of BIR Returns and other government agencies requirements within the deadline (ITR, VAT, EWT, etc.) ・Review of annual budget of departments. ・Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and payroll entries. ・Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. ・Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses. ・Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs and recommend cost reduction strategies. ・Lead budgeting and forecasting activities in coordination with department heads. ・Coordinate with external auditors during financial and tax audits. ・Improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and internal controls. ・Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, providing training and performance feedback.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure the implementation of standard procedures, policies, rules and regulations on organization wide learning and development and make appropriate recommendations on improvements of policies and processes affecting knowledge transfer, learning, employee development, succession planning, career and performance management.

・ Perform chemical analysis of water samples provided by clients (e.g., pH, conductivity, TOC, ion concentration, hardness). ・ Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on analytical instruments such as spectrophotometers, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers (AAS), and ion chromatographs. ・ Ensure accurate recording of analysis data and prepare technical reports. ・ Manage the inventory of chemical reagents used in the lab and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS). ・ Maintain and improve the laboratory's quality management activities in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.

Technical & Analytical Duties: ・ Conduct advanced chemical analysis on samples taken from client production lines to identify the root cause of water-related issues. ・ Based on analysis results, technically evaluate and propose improvements for water treatment processes and the optimization of chemical applications. ・ Plan and execute evaluation tests for new technologies and products within the laboratory. Customer-Facing & Sales Support Duties: ・ Accompany sales representatives on client visits to conduct technical interviews and on-site investigations. ・ Explain complex analytical data to clients in a clear and understandable manner and provide proposals for improvement. ・ Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries from customers.

You will be responsible for major drugstores, contributing to maximizing brand value and increasing sales. Detailed Responsibilities: １.Account Management You will build strong relationships with headquarters buyers and store staff at the Philippines' largest drugstore chains (such as Watsons and Mercury Drug) and perform the following tasks: - Sales Management and Analysis: Manage sales targets for each assigned store, analyze sales data, identify challenges, and plan and execute strategies to boost sales. - Promotion Planning: Plan and propose sales promotions, campaigns, and bundle sales to customers. - In-store Merchandising: Visit assigned stores to improve shelf layouts and set up/manage POP (point-of-purchase) materials to make our products more attractive. - Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory status of each store to prevent out-of-stock situations and promote appropriate ordering. 2.New Business Development You will explore and open new growth opportunities beyond existing channels: - Propose expanding product lines (SKUs) and the number of stores carrying our products within assigned accounts. - Approach and negotiate contracts with new sales channels, including other drugstores, supermarkets, and convenience stores that are not yet our partners. 3.Reporting & Coordination - Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and market trends for management. - Work smoothly with internal departments, such as marketing and logistics, to advance business operations.
