■ Position Overview We are looking for an experienced leader to spearhead our Issuing Team. This role is responsible for expanding business opportunities with existing card issuing partners and driving the achievement of midyear and annual goals. You will take ownership of establishing and maintaining business relationships to increase the card base in the Philippines. ■ Duties and Responsibilities -Strategic Planning: Create strategic plans to ensure the fulfillment of midyear and annual KPIs. -Team Leadership: Spearhead the Issuing team, provide direction, and conduct frequent coaching sessions to encourage self-improvement and task completion. -Business Expansion: -Identify and plan new products and features for existing partners. -Propose, design, and communicate card acquisition campaigns and promotions to support existing clients. -Relationship Management: Conduct visits and maintain constant open communication with partners. Report updates, issues, or challenges to the Head of Issuing. -Data & Research: Correlate and analyze data/reports from partner banks for business enhancement. Conduct research to identify opportunities to improve market share. -Collaboration: Work with senior management to ensure collaboration of ideas. Participate in partner-initiated activities (e.g., corporate presentations, sales rallies). -Operations: Ensure proper implementation and fulfillment of operational procedures for the Issuing business.Benefit
