We strive to establish a worldview in which our functions are indispensable for effective use of customer data. ・In this position, you’ll be handling all phases of development projects, from software design to implementation, testing, and release. Depending on your experience and intent, you’ll aim to eventually be responsible for leading and managing the Data Hub team at our Cebu development center.

・Provides consecutive interpretation/translation during speeches, meetings, and teleconferences, facilitating communication between Japanese, English, and Cebuano. ・Reads, translates, and ensures the accuracy of technical documents, correspondence, reports, and other materials in Japanese and English, maintaining correct grammar and structure. ・Listens to complete statements in one language, interprets/translates into a second language, and vice versa, ensuring accurate communication. ・Prepares for interpreting sessions by reviewing relevant materials and conducting research on the subject matter. ・Supports administrative tasks within the assigned department. ・Assists in audit-related activities. ・Carries out additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor. ・Handles other tasks as needed on a case-to-case basis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: > Ensures that the department maintains an accurate inventory, analyzes profitability and reduces costs and expenditures. > Regulate and strategize accurate order, timely delivery of raw materials and finish goods in and out of the commissary. > Establish the smooth operations of the commissary production area, by setting the work schedule and output in relation to store order and deliverables needed. > Collaborate, strategize and support other departments in regards to new products, product improvement and product allocation and movement. > He/she supervises the daily operations of a commissary department, ensuring optimal food quality, managing inventory, and handling production reports.

>Provide basic Health care services to employees. >Assess employee health risk > Develop and implement a health and safety program> > Records and monitors all employee's medical records > Inventory control of medications > Other task that may be assigned from time to time by manager

> Reviews and Approves Marketing Materials > Reviews and Approves ECRs > Manages FDA facility registrations and device listings > Provides FDA data and information to US Customs

>Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints. >Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and manufacturing teams to ensure materials and resources are available. >Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or unexpected delays. >Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve workflow and productivity. >Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies throughout the production process. >Prepare and present regular reports on production status, issues, and performance metrics. >Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
