The Engineering Manager will lead and manage the plant’s engineering, maintenance, and facility operations to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and safety. This role reports directly to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence, improving plant performance, and driving engineering innovation. 【Responsibilities】 ・Oversee the engineering and maintenance operations of the plant and its facilities. ・Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure smooth, continuous production. ・Prepare and manage annual maintenance and CAPEX budgets efficiently and accurately. ・Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety Procedures, and Maintenance Systems. ・Supervise the installation, modification, and commissioning of machinery and equipment. ・Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure all activities meet legal and internal standards. ・Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet production and maintenance goals. ・Promote energy efficiency, sustainability, and system optimization across all operations.

Duties and responsibilities > Prepare dimensional drawings, installation drawings and more complex drawings for construction plan. > Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes to ensure consistent documentation of the project. > Review plans, specifications, and other documentation. > Works with Engineering on guidelines for installation drawings which meet and exceed the project requirements. > Prepare all models, submission drawings (2D drawings/PDF) and fabrication drawings of subway project. > Produce 3D models consistent with instruction, industry guideline and standards and practices of the subway project. > Manage/maintain structural CAD/3D files including folder organization, sheet sets, base files and layer states. > Other job tasks may be assigned by the Department Head.

Technical / Hands-on Responsibilities : ・Operate die-casting machines (ranging from 250t to 850t) and establish/optimize production parameters (e.g., mold temperature, injection speed/pressure). ・As a hands-on leader, perform mold setups, maintenance, and troubleshooting yourself. ・Investigate the root causes of casting defects (e.g., flow lines, porosity, burrs, seizing) and implement permanent countermeasures. ・Provide on-the-job training (OJT) and technical guidance to team members on the factory floor.

Main Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will act as a Bridge Project Manager for the implementation of the "Oracle NetSuite" cloud ERP package, dedicated to solving the business challenges of our Japanese clients. Requirements Definition: ・You will conduct interviews with Japanese clients in Japanese to understand their business requirements and challenges, and accurately define the system specifications. Bridge & Liaison: ・You will be responsible for accurately communicating the client's requests to our Filipino engineering team in Makati using English or Tagalog. Conversely, you will provide feedback, including questions and suggestions from the development team, back to the client in Japanese. Project Management: ・You will oversee the entire development project, including managing progress, tracking issues, and performing risk management to ensure timely delivery. Client Reporting: ・You will build and maintain a strong relationship of trust with the client by providing regular project status reports. Business Travel: ・Please note that business travel to Japan may be required depending on project needs.

Job Description: You will be responsible for the entire process from creating shipment plans with our overseas group companies (in Japan, the USA, and China) to developing internal production plans. This is a highly rewarding role where you will communicate with numerous internal and external stakeholders to establish the optimal production and supply system. Key Responsibilities: ・Coordinate Shipment Plans with Overseas Bases: Communicate with representatives in Japan, the USA, and China via email and online meetings to adjust delivery dates and create shipment schedules. ・Develop Internal Production Plans: Based on the finalized shipment plans, collaborate with the internal manufacturing department to formulate the production schedule. ・Manage and Adjust Progress: Monitor daily production status and revise or adjust plans as necessary.

Responsible for managing daily shipment activities, including order processing, preparing shipment documents, communicating with customers, coordinating with service providers, monitoring systems, and updating shipment schedules. Ensures accurate and timely logistics operations through effective coordination and data management.
