I. JOB SUMMARY The IT Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes ensuring network security, managing IT projects, maintaining business software, and supporting users to achieve operational efficiency. The role ensures that technology supports the organization’s goals and compliance standards effectively. II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. IT Operations and Infrastructure > Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, networks, and servers. > Ensure network stability, data security, and system availability at all times. > Manage backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery plans. > Monitor and maintain email systems, CCTV, GPS tracking systems, and internal communication tools. B. Systems Administration and Support > Supervise daily technical support operations, ensuring quick response to IT-related issues. > Evaluate and implement new technologies or software that improve efficiency. > Maintain and update company databases, ERP, and accounting systems in coordination with concerned departments. > Oversee inventory and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals. C. Cybersecurity and Compliance > Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection protocols, and access controls. > Conduct regular security assessments and ensure antivirus and firewall systems are updated. > Protect confidential company and client information from unauthorized access or cyber threats. > Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., Data Privacy Act of 2012). D. Planning and Budgeting > Develop and manage the IT budget, including purchases, licenses, and maintenance costs. > Prepare and present IT improvement plans and reports to management. > Ensure cost-effective use of technology resources. E. Leadership and Coordination > Lead and mentor IT staff; assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training. > Coordinate with all departments to assess and support their technology needs. > Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and consultants for IT solutions.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence > Oversee digital marketing efforts (website content, SEO, social media campaigns) targeted to logistics and customs audiences. > Track performance metrics such as leads generated, website traffic, and campaign ROI. 5. Market Research & Reporting > Conduct research on potential industries or clients needing customs clearance services. > Analyze feedback, client satisfaction, and market data to guide service improvement and marketing strategy. > Prepare regular reports for management on marketing activities and results. 6. Collaboration & Internal Coordination > Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing messages align with service delivery. 7. Budget & Resource Management > Plan and monitor marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns. 8. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness > Ensure all marketing materials comply with Philippine customs regulations and international trade laws. > Stay updated on changes in customs rules, tariffs, or procedures that may affect messaging or client advisory. ・Assist the marketing activities for the head office or overseas members by well communicating with local customers. ・Closely follow up the negotiations between the head office and customers. ・Conduct market research on the demand & supply of steel products, price trends, competitor's movements, etc., and report to the sales and market team. ・Collect information on related steel demand, especially ODA or infrastructure projects, by communicating with customers and researching newspapers and the web.

Main responsibility is to monitor Accounts Receivable status/Cash Receipts of the company with detailed responsibilities as follows: > Issuance and encoding of collections (Official Receipts/Acknowledgement Receipts) in the AR System; > Extract the Statement of Accounts of clients for monitoring and preparation of Aging of Accounts Receivables on a weekly basis; > Prepares monthly sales summary and cash receipt report as basis for VAT filing; > Performs monthly bank reconciliation to properly identify all cash receipts recorded in the bank record. > Performs other functions as deemed necessary

> Direct interface between different Civil Package contractors for interface requirements related to the assigned subsystem, attending on-site meetings, inspection walk throughs as required. > Manage Interface Control Document between Civil contractors to document the requirements of the assigned subsystem. > Manage and develop the Interface Solution Registry between Civil contractors to document ongoing, proposed and completed interface requirements of the assigned subsystem. > Consult with project managers and technical experts to address ongoing and proposed interface requirements. > Coordinate with the CAD operators/designers to produce required drawings, details and other necessary design documentation for interface solutions. > Identifying potential issues in interface solutions that will cause delays and facilitate intervention in a timeous manner with the interface team. > Evaluating civil interface completed/ongoing works and preparing project progress reports. > Accommodating updates and changes to ongoing civil works that affect interface solutions. > Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.

> Preparing and checking of drawings and coordination with design and engineering department. > Preparing and coordinate CSD, SEM and other drawings may require submitting by the Engineer > Ensure the provisions of structural openings are accurate and in compliance with MEP design drawings. > Prepares MEP Shop drawings and Section Details based on approved TDD and TDR. > Follow the instructions may be given by the Immediate Superior.
