"Authorities and Responsibilities: • Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendation using a check sheet. • Installs attachments and accessories at user work stations to provide for ease of work using various hand power, and specialty tools. • Perform scheduled and “as needed” inspection and preventive maintenance on tools and equipment to maintain operability of the tools and equipment. • Discuss work processes and problems, the best techniques for various maintenance and repair needs. • Attend meetings to obtain and disseminate information and participate in discussions on appropriate resolutions to problems. • Checks the work done by contractors if meet based on standards and makes sure that the company’s machinery and equipment are in good working condition. • Communicate in writing or orally with employees, contractors, and vendors to obtain and provide useful information for improvement. • Observe, record, and report unsafe working conditions for FMEA. • Follow safety standards in working with multiple services, tools, and equipment. • Follow orders and complete work assignments with a minimum supervision. • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and schematics as they relate to buildings and utilities services systems. • Apply methods, practices, and procedures in preventive maintenance, inspection, repair, renovation and minor construction of buildings and utilities. Others: • Response to on-call duty during plant emergencies and machine breakdowns. • Follow the rules and regulations of the company. • Implement, maintain, and continually improve the requirements of the management systems adopted by the company. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superiors."Benefit
