Systems Administration and Support > Supervise daily technical support operations, ensuring quick response to IT-related issues. > Evaluate and implement new technologies or software that improve efficiency. > Maintain and update company databases, ERP, and accounting systems in coordination with concerned departments. > Oversee inventory and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals. C. Cybersecurity and Compliance > Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection protocols, and access controls. > Conduct regular security assessments and ensure antivirus and firewall systems are updated. > Protect confidential company and client information from unauthorized access or cyber threats. > Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., Data Privacy Act of 2012). D. Planning and Budgeting > Develop and manage the IT budget, including purchases, licenses, and maintenance costs. > Prepare and present IT improvement plans and reports to management. > Ensure cost-effective use of technology resources. E. Leadership and Coordination > Lead and mentor IT staff; assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training. > Coordinate with all departments to assess and support their technology needs. > Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and consultants for IT solutions.Benefit

Collaboration & Internal Coordination > Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing messages align with service delivery. 7. Budget & Resource Management > Plan and monitor marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns. 8. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness > Ensure all marketing materials comply with Philippine customs regulations and international trade laws. > Stay updated on changes in customs rules, tariffs, or procedures that may affect messaging or client advisory.
