We are a startup Japanese companies in the Philippines as a motorcycle parts manufacturing company. We are currently seeking a first member of Sales Executive / Supervisor to join our team. Below are the details of the position: Responsibilities: ・Visit retailers, mainly in Cavite and Laguna, together with wholesalers. (There may also be occasional visits to other areas.) ・Prepare proposals and create price quotations. ・Present products and secure orders. ・Search for potential customers and create customer lists. ・Introduce motorcycle parts to distributors (wholesalers) and conduct visits as needed. ・Assist distributors (wholesalers) in selling products to retailers. ・Develop new distributors and maintain strong relationships with them. ・Manage customer credit and payment records. ・Handle other tasks related to customer communication. ・Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. ・Create and submit other required report materials. Note: Sales activities will primarily involve traveling by motorcycle. Once you become familiar with the job, you will often spend the entire day out in the field, heading directly from your home to your destination. Tasks will be assigned gradually based on your experience and the scope of your role.

The ideal candidate will possess business-level proficiency in Japanese and will be responsible for translation and interpretation tasks. ●Translating documents, emails, reports, and other written materials from Japanese to English and vice versa. ●Providing real-time interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and other business interactions. ●Assisting with communication between English speaking clients or partners and Tagalog or English-speaking colleagues. <Authority> 1. Authorize to hold and reject inspected parts if found not complying with quality inspection procedures and standards. 2. Authorize to register Master Specification for product dimension, material property, money vecosity and measurement equipment in FM System. 3. Authorize to provide immediate containment action for the the abnormality encountered and report problem and action taken to superiors. <Duties and Responsibilities> 1. Conducts training for incoming product dimension and property inspectors. 2. Verify the accuracy of inspector's measurement and testing method against established work instructions. 3. Establish inspection and testing instruction/ procedure of each test item required in reference to DIN/JIS/Iso and other customer standard. 4. Review and updates inspection and testing procedures in alignment to standards. 5. Check and approve inspection (material and product) results done by QC inspectors. 6. Provide plan, monitor and update the status of product/ material for evaluation testing related to APQP/ PCN DCN parts and kaizen. 7. Analyze the result of testing and conduct investigation in case there is abnormality encountered n the results. 8. Conduct investigation for any problem/ feedback received related to dimension and material testing. 9. Monitor and update the status of annual requalification, lay out inspection and material periodic test plan. 10. Monitor downtime and abnormality encounter at during testing process and provide improvement action. 11. Update KPI for lay out inspection, annual requalification and material periodic testing and provide analysis for any unachieved targets.

＜Job Responsibilities＞ ・Shipping Operations: Includes stacking products, transporting materials within the warehouse and factory premises. ・Inventory Management: Loading items into containers, organizing, and maintaining inventory. ・Plating Process Support: Assisting as on-site staff in tasks related to plating operations. ・Quality Control: Sorting defective and non-defective items. ・Chemical Handling and Plating Knowledge: Learning about chemical substances, plating processes, and different plating methods for practical application. ・Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries. ・Other Tasks: Performing other duties as assigned by superiors. ＜Important Notes＞ ・This position involves physically demanding tasks such as carrying heavy items and standing for extended periods. While working on-site, you will learn about raw materials, product specifications, and processing methods. ・In plating-related tasks, chemical substances will be handled in a very safe environment, ensuring health and safety compliance. ・After an initial period of 6 months to 1 year, you will be assigned to work in Japan for more than 3 years at our headquarters.
