We are currently seeking an innovative and results-driven Field Engineer/Field Architect to oversee structural and finishing works at project sites. The Field Engineer/Architect will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of company rules and regulations, quality policies, systems, and procedures.

<Interpretation and Translation> ・Provides consecutive interpretation/translation during speeches, meetings, and teleconferences, facilitating communication between Japanese, English, and Cebuano. ・Reads, translates, and ensures the accuracy of technical documents, correspondence, reports, and other materials in Japanese and English, maintaining correct grammar and structure. <Language Support> ・Listens to complete statements in one language, interprets/translates into a second language, and vice versa, ensuring accurate communication. ・Prepares for interpreting sessions by reviewing relevant materials and conducting research on the subject matter. <Administrative Assistance> ・Supports administrative tasks within the assigned department. ・Assists in audit-related activities. <General Duties> ・Carries out additional responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor. ・Handles other tasks as needed on a case-to-case basis.

Mainly their products are Japanese Animations - Modeling: Creating 3D objects or characters and designing their shapes and structures. - Texturing: Applying textures to models to add surface textures and details. - Animation: Moving characters or objects to create actions and movements. - Lighting: Setting up scene lighting and adjusting lighting effects for a realistic appearance. - Rendering: Generating the final visuals and outputting 3D models or animations as still images or videos. - Enhancing 3D creations with effects and compositing them using software like Adobe After Effects.

Responsibilities > Analyze, design, coordinate and Develop systems assigned. > Contribute to or monitor the delivery of projects by doing system analysis and design, coding program modules, reviewing source codes, creation and review of test items or scripts, creation and review of system or user documentation. > compiling and keeping to projects plans by providing relevant and timely information pertinent to the project. > Proactively identify potential issues, risks and/or subsequent business opportunities to the project manager > Provides on-going support to existing system by developing new modules based on client requirements.

Participates in Design Development and Construction Development planning stage with the Project Director. Assists in developing the project timetable in consultation with other units. Contributes in the finalization of the budget financials for approval, including pricing and payment schemes. Lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects. Prepare project proposals and development project plan, schedule and budget. They are accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, and the success or failure of the project. > Prioritize, plan and coordinate project development activities according to investors requirements. > Determine resource requirements and identify resources with right skills to successfully execute projects. > Assess potential risks and technical challenges and development appropriate mitigation plans. > Supervise development team on daily basis to execute assigned projects within deadlines and budget. > Act as primary contact for investors queries and concerns. > Perform investors negotiations for contractual terms and agreements. > Prepare project proposals and develop project plan, schedule and budget. > Determine resource requirements and identify resources with right skills to successfully execute projects. > Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans. > Perform cash flow analysis and process invoices in a timely fashion. > Develop business presentations for investor as needed. > Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity. > Interact with potential investors to clearly understand business needs and expectations. > Build positive working relationships with investors and ensure investors satisfaction. > Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner.

> Coordinate with relevant departments to collect various data for development of work and projects, report results, problems and solutions of each project to implement. > Quantitative and qualitative analysis of business operations, including the evaluation of the projects for use in strategic planning and improvement of internal operations. > Acts as interpreter between local staff and Japanese Executives during meetings or as needed. > Conducts translation of documents from Filipino/English-Japanese, and vice versa as needed. > Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. > Applicants who only hold a JLPT certificate must have supervisory and above experience in JP translation work. > Native speakers need only have prior translation work. > In charge of translations from Japanese to English and/or Filipino (and vice versa) languages both used in daily operations or other purposes duly authorized by management. > Provides assistance during meetings and business-related events.
