The successful candidate will support quality operations and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities: Inspect all incoming raw materials and packaging materials. - Conduct in-line inspections from ingredient preparation to finished products. - Perform finished product analysis and laboratory testing. - Conduct audits across all production areas. - Prepare detailed reports for assigned tasks. - Conduct batch testing before material usage in production. - Assist in supervising Main and Toll Manufacturing plants. - Review reports and collaborate with QA and other departments to resolve work-related issues. - Coordinate and supervise QA activities for in-process verification and product validation. - Approve the release of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods for distribution. - Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job Description: ・Support Sales Activities in Water Treatment Technology Assist the existing technical sales staff (currently 1 experienced person) in their water treatment-related sales activities. Provide technical support for customer inquiries and help resolve issues that the sales staff bring back. ・Provide Knowledge in Water Treatment Technology Answer customer inquiries and address technical requirements by applying knowledge in water treatment. Understand design drawings and explain technical details clearly to customers. ・Review and Interpret Drawings Review water treatment-related drawings and provide necessary technical explanations to customers. Interpret system designs and drawings, offering advice to both the sales team and customers. ・Coordinate with Existing Sales Staff Work alongside the current experienced sales staff (with long-term experience in water treatment). Support their activities and deepen technical knowledge while handling water treatment-related cases.

・Perform maintenance and repair work using mechanical tools ・Conduct regular maintenance visits to customer sites ・In case of trouble, stay near the site for 1–2 weeks to perform maintenance and resolve issues ・Handle customer complaints and provide 24-hour emergency support (possibility of night shift work) ・Troubleshoot engine failures and related issues ・Respond to power outages when necessary ・Regular maintenance work with minimal unexpected troubleshooting ・Travel directly from home to customer sites using a company-provided vehicle (TOYOTA Vios)

This position involves handling end-to-end processes such as issuing purchase orders, coordinating import shipments, managing deliveries, and overseeing inventory.
