<Job Description> Responsible for directing, organizing, controlling, and implementing Plumbing and Sanitary project activities under the direction of the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and Project Manager (PM). <Duties and Responsibilities> > Ensure the effective implementation of all site work, activities, and operations to meet contract obligations. > Attend site coordination meetings and assist in determining project requirements. Keep the CTO/PM and others informed about project status and any issues that may impact client relations. > Maintain proper installation at the site in accordance with the approved construction and shop drawings. > Ensure the efficiency of all manpower provided at the project site. > Coordinate between the project site and the project management team, including requests for additional manpower, materials, and equipment. > Prepare daily accomplishment reports and provide updates on project status and any issues that may affect client relations.
