・Register the products as LOA[Letter of Authority] ・Import/ Export Customs Clearance (Create, confirm, and review Import declaration data） ・Attend Customs Inspections ・Responding to instructions from domestic and foreign ・Progress management and education of shared service center ・Download shipment data and distribute to each section ・Leads communications within the Shipping/Receiving area. ・Arrangements and coordination of incoming and outgoing logistics for PEZA industrial zones ・Preparation and issuance of documents necessary for import and export (P/L, B/L, INVOICE, Air Way Bill, etc.) ・Schedules and Coordinates both Domestic and International freight forwarder transactions. ・Maintains Shipping records， including providing tracking or shipping history information to customers on request. ・Review outstanding customer orders and coordinate with various departments to efficiently meet customer requested shipping dates. ・Maintain knowledge of current international import/export regulatory requirements. Job Description: ・Support Sales Activities in Water Treatment Technology Assist the existing technical sales staff (currently 1 experienced person) in their water treatment-related sales activities. Provide technical support for customer inquiries and help resolve issues that the sales staff bring back. ・Provide Knowledge in Water Treatment Technology Answer customer inquiries and address technical requirements by applying knowledge in water treatment. Understand design drawings and explain technical details clearly to customers. ・Review and Interpret Drawings Review water treatment-related drawings and provide necessary technical explanations to customers. Interpret system designs and drawings, offering advice to both the sales team and customers. ・Coordinate with Existing Sales Staff Work alongside the current experienced sales staff (with long-term experience in water treatment). Stay updated with tax-related law changes. ・Prepare Balance Sheets or Collect Data for Preparation Collect necessary data and work with other departments to prepare accurate balance sheets. ・Communication with the Japanese Owner (Explanation and Responding to Questions) Respond to questions and requests from the Japanese owner regarding monthly reports and financial statements, providing explanations and supporting decision-making. ・Communication with the Owner’s Wife Handle administrative tasks related to accounting and communicate regularly with the owner’s wife by phone. ・Collaboration with Existing Accounting Staff, and Possible Management of Outsourced Services Work with the accounting staff, provide support and guidance as needed. Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Senior Supervisor will support and assist the SQA Manager in overseeing the implementation and coordination of the companys management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, Food Safety, Halal, and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. This role is critical in managing day-to-day quality operations and manufacturing activities at GBPI Toll Manufacturing plants, including off-shore locations, and serves as the primary Internal Audit Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the SQA Manager in implementing and monitoring the companys quality management systems, policies, and programs to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, Food Safety, Halal, and other regulatory standards. - Oversee and coordinate daily operations related to quality assurance in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. - Act as the primary Internal Audit Coordinator, leading internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and industry standards. - Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans based on audit findings. - Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Sanitation Standard Operating - Procedures (SSOP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other quality standards. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and implementing best practices in quality management. - Conduct training sessions for quality staff on quality standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements. - Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality assurance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions. - Perform other related duties as assigned by the SQA Manager.
