Financial Planning and Reporting • Oversee the planning, organizing, and directing of all aspects of the accounting department, including budget preparation and financial forecasts. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other management analysis reports. • Prepare and submit the financial report package (DIVA) to the Head Quarter, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and comprehensive. 3. Tax Management and Reporting • Handle all tax-related matters, including tax declarations, filings, and issue resolutions. Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities, and government organizations. • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and manage tax-related issues efficiently. 4. Financial Management • Oversee cash management functions, including both incoming and outgoing cash flows. Ensure liquidity and financial stability with effective management. • Assist management with corporate financial planning and collaborate closely with the Head Quarter to align financial strategies and objectives. 5. Team Leadership and Development • Delegate tasks effectively and oversee day-to-day accounting operation. • Lead and manage the accounting department, including coaching and developing the subordinates to enhance performance and professional growth. • Monitor accounting activities to ensure adherence to accounting rules and regulations. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with other departments within the company and cross-functional teams, including the group company, to support business, accounting process improvements, operational best practices, and initiative projects. 7.
