Job Description: ・Support Sales Activities in Water Treatment Technology Assist the existing technical sales staff (currently 1 experienced person) in their water treatment-related sales activities. Provide technical support for customer inquiries and help resolve issues that the sales staff bring back. ・Provide Knowledge in Water Treatment Technology Answer customer inquiries and address technical requirements by applying knowledge in water treatment. Understand design drawings and explain technical details clearly to customers. ・Review and Interpret Drawings Review water treatment-related drawings and provide necessary technical explanations to customers. Interpret system designs and drawings, offering advice to both the sales team and customers. ・Coordinate with Existing Sales Staff Work alongside the current experienced sales staff (with long-term experience in water treatment). Support their activities and deepen technical knowledge while handling water treatment-related cases.

Knowledge and Experience for Plastic Injection Mold 1. Work experience more than 10 years at Plastic Injection Molding or Mold Manufacturing Company 2. Management experience more than 5 years of Mold Production for Plastic Injection Molding (Mold Department has M/C, WC, EDM machines and consists 20 employees) 3. Operating skill of Mold Design (3D CAD) 4. Operating skill of Mold Fabrication Machine Process (M/C, WC, EDM, Welding, Ultrasonic) 5. Operating skill of Mold Assembly (Plastic Injection Mold of 30 ton ～ 450 ton) 6. Operating skill of Mold Repair Method (Correction Instruction) 7. Schedule Management experience of Mold Repair and Mold Fabrication 8. Inventory experience of any spare parts and consumables 9. Knowledge of Plastic Injection Machine and Injection Molding 10. Knowledge of Plastic Material (POM, ABS, PP, PC+ABS, PC, PA, PBT, etc.) 11. Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001 12. Experience of Meeting with Customer and Mold Supplier

The role involves accounting functions such as check processing, accounts payable/receivable, and managing bank confirmations. Key Responsibilities: ・Perform daily cash/check collection receiving, reporting, balancing, and posting through SAP system. ・Monitor and confirm receipt of bank-to-bank transactions. ・Ensure all Delivery Receipts are posted and delivered on the same day. ・Execute 3-way match when processing transactions (Sales Order, Delivery Receipt/Invoice, and Pick List). ・Investigate and manage corrections and credit memos. ・Reconcile Sales Return Slips with Sales Invoices and Credit Memos. ・Monitor and validate customer charges. ・Coordinate the schedule of collections with the collection staff. ＊Other task will assign time to time by Supervisor
