Key Responsibilities > Design, architect, and deploy end-to-end network and security solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. > Collaborate with cross-functional teams and high-value customers to gather requirements, assess needs, and propose tailored network solutions. > Develop detailed network designs, including routing, switching, wireless, and security configurations, to support distributed enterprise environments. > Implement and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.Provide expertise in network security design, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, VPNs, and zero-trust architectures, to safeguard customer environments. > Conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex network systems. > Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance customer outcomes. > Document architectures, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity. > Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in network and security domains.

RESPONSIBILITIES: > Assists General Manager and Chief Financial Manager in preparing financial reports > Training, setting goals and evaluating group members/subordinates > Ensures compliance with financial regulations and tax laws > Handles tax assessments and inquiries > Ensures corporate tax & regulatory compliance

>Assist in the preparation of timekeeping reports for payroll processing, and ensuring timely and accurate payment. >Process and prepare the overtime and leave application report. >Maintain and update HRIS databases with various information, such as new hires, separation, promotion and other employment changes. >Organize, compile, and update 201 records and other employment documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. >Process the registration of TIN & PhilHealth / transfer of records of newly hired employees. >Assist in monitoring and updating evaluation of contractual and probationary employees. >Monitor, review and prepare agency billings for payment processing. >Regularly update the separation tracker & send guidelines to resigning employees >Monitor and process clearance of resigned employees and timely release of last pay together with other documents related to separation. >Handle calls regarding employees inquiry and providing necessary information on HR-related matters. >May be assigned additional tasks/ projects as deemed necessary from time to time.

> Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, C&B, and talent management.

Knowledge and Experience for Plastic Injection Molding's QA/QC 1. Work experience more than 10 years at Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing Company 2. Management experience more than 5 years of QA/QC for Plastic Injection Molding (QA/QC Department consists 87 employees) 3. Knowledge of Part Drawing (Especially Geometric Tolerance) 4. Operating Skill of Measurement Equipment (CMM, Gear Test Mc, IM, TMS, etc.) 5. Operating Skill of Factor analysis (5 why analysis) 6. Documentation Skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 7. Knowledge of Plastic Material (POM, ABS, PP, PC+ABS, PC, PA, PBT, etc.) 8. Knowledge of ISO 9001 9. Basic Knowledge of Plastic Injection Machine 10. Basic Knowledge of Plastic Injection Mold and Mold Assembly (Plastic Injection Mold of 30 ton ～ 450 ton) 11. Basic Knowledge of Assembly 12. Experience of Meeting with Customer and Supplier
