You will be responsible for major drugstores, contributing to maximizing brand value and increasing sales. Detailed Responsibilities: １.Account Management You will build strong relationships with headquarters buyers and store staff at the Philippines' largest drugstore chains (such as Watsons and Mercury Drug) and perform the following tasks: - Sales Management and Analysis: Manage sales targets for each assigned store, analyze sales data, identify challenges, and plan and execute strategies to boost sales. - Promotion Planning: Plan and propose sales promotions, campaigns, and bundle sales to customers. - In-store Merchandising: Visit assigned stores to improve shelf layouts and set up/manage POP (point-of-purchase) materials to make our products more attractive. - Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory status of each store to prevent out-of-stock situations and promote appropriate ordering. 2.New Business Development You will explore and open new growth opportunities beyond existing channels: - Propose expanding product lines (SKUs) and the number of stores carrying our products within assigned accounts. - Approach and negotiate contracts with new sales channels, including other drugstores, supermarkets, and convenience stores that are not yet our partners. 3.Reporting & Coordination - Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and market trends for management. - Work smoothly with internal departments, such as marketing and logistics, to advance business operations.

The role requires strong legal expertise in employee relations, due process implementation, case management, and organizational risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities 1. Labor Law Compliance & Legal Management > Ensure full compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines and related DOLE regulations. > Oversee strict implementation of due process (Twin Notice Rule). > Draft, review, and approve: > Notice to Explain (NTE) > Notice of Administrative Hearing > Notice of Decision (NOD) > Demand letters (when necessary) > Represent or coordinate company representation before the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC). > Conduct internal investigations and case reviews. > Ensure documentation is legally sound, evidence-based, and defensible. 2. Employee Relations & Case Management > Lead investigations involving misconduct, negligence, fraud, harassment, or conflict of interest. > Ensure procedural due process is properly documented. > Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters. > Oversee grievance handling and disciplinary actions. 3. Policy Development & Governance > Develop and update HR policies aligned with labor standards. > Maintain and enforce Code of Discipline. > Establish SOPs for incident reporting, due process, and employee case management. > Ensure policies are compliant with current labor issuances. 4. Standard Operating Procedure Development > From First phase to full implementation and monitoring > Flow chart creation 5. Performance & Organizational Discipline > Oversee Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). > Ensure performance documentation supports management decisions. > Provide legal risk advisory on termination, suspension, promotion, and transfer decisions. 6. ・ Perform chemical analysis of water samples provided by clients (e.g., pH, conductivity, TOC, ion concentration, hardness). ・ Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on analytical instruments such as spectrophotometers, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers (AAS), and ion chromatographs. ・ Ensure accurate recording of analysis data and prepare technical reports. ・ Manage the inventory of chemical reagents used in the lab and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS). ・ Maintain and improve the laboratory's quality management activities in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.
