Requirement Gathering and Analysis: > Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document sales and distribution processes, including order-to-cash cycle. > Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through SAP S/4HANA SD functionality. 2. Technical & Analytical Duties: ・ Conduct advanced chemical analysis on samples taken from client production lines to identify the root cause of water-related issues. ・ Based on analysis results, technically evaluate and propose improvements for water treatment processes and the optimization of chemical applications. ・ Plan and execute evaluation tests for new technologies and products within the laboratory. Customer-Facing & Sales Support Duties: ・ Accompany sales representatives on client visits to conduct technical interviews and on-site investigations. ・ Explain complex analytical data to clients in a clear and understandable manner and provide proposals for improvement. ・ Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries from customers.

・ Perform chemical analysis of water samples provided by clients (e.g., pH, conductivity, TOC, ion concentration, hardness). ・ Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on analytical instruments such as spectrophotometers, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers (AAS), and ion chromatographs. ・ Ensure accurate recording of analysis data and prepare technical reports. ・ Manage the inventory of chemical reagents used in the lab and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS). ・ Maintain and improve the laboratory's quality management activities in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.
