Job Description: ESupport Sales Activities in Water Treatment Technology Assist the existing technical sales staff (currently 1 experienced person) in their water treatment-related sales activities. Provide technical support for customer inquiries and help resolve issues that the sales staff bring back. EProvide Knowledge in Water Treatment Technology Answer customer inquiries and address technical requirements by applying knowledge in water treatment. Understand design drawings and explain technical details clearly to customers. EReview and Interpret Drawings Review water treatment-related drawings and provide necessary technical explanations to customers. Interpret system designs and drawings, offering advice to both the sales team and customers. ECoordinate with Existing Sales Staff Work alongside the current experienced sales staff (with long-term experience in water treatment). Support their activities and deepen technical knowledge while handling water treatment-related cases.

Knowledge and Experience for Plastic Injection Molding's QA/QC 1. Work experience more than 10 years at Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing Company 2. Management experience more than 5 years of QA/QC for Plastic Injection Molding (QA/QC Department consists 87 employees) 3. Knowledge of Part Drawing (Especially Geometric Tolerance) 4. Operating Skill of Measurement Equipment (CMM, Gear Test Mc, IM, TMS, etc.) 5. Operating Skill of Factor analysis (5 why analysis) 6. Documentation Skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 7. Manage day-to-day assigned administrative work at the office. End to end processing of Rotational Staff (RS) Visa application and proper storage of all documents Handles golf membership and condo lease of all RS Provide administrative support to Admin Dept., including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, etc. Maintain office filing system and update records

- Preparing detailed price quotations for clients, considering factors like cost, delivery time, and packaging - Managing price negotiations with clients, preparing proposals based on costs, competitor rates, and client budgets - Coordinating and adjusting product packaging to meet client requests and ensure safe delivery - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by providing continuous support and communication - Working closely with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to make sure client feedback is addressed and any needed changes are done - No responsibility for finding new clients; focus is solely on managing existing accounts - Other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
