JOB OVERVIEW The Credit Head oversees the daily operations of the credit department and manage the entire credit process. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES > Supervise daily operations of the credit department > Evaluate credit worthiness of an applicant based on the existing credit evaluation process of the company > Make credit evaluation reports for approval > Contribute to the continuous improvement of the credit evaluation process including but not limited to quality of work and ways of working > Monitor performance including but not limited to default rate of applications processed and fulfillment of application turnaround time > Develop, implement, and continuously improve credit policies, risk assessment frameworks, and underwriting. > Lead the design, review, and iteration of credit models, including alternative behavioral scoring and the new system to be used for efficient in business operations > Oversee the credit underwriting process, ensuring adherence to established policies and achieving optimal turnaround times without compromising risk quality. > Work closely with product, data, and analytics teams to develop innovative credit decision tools and leverage alternative data sources. > Drive continuous improvement initiatives using advanced data analytics and market insights. > Lead process improvements to enhance credit cycle efficiency.

JOB OVERVIEW The Sales Associate – Operations is responsible with ensuring that the end-to-end loan application process is carried out smoothly. He/She will be given sales targets that should be met consistently. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES > Ensuring that the loan application process, from document submission to loan proceed release, is well executed, and coordinated to all stakeholders (applicant, Business Consultant, and Business Manager) > Performing of initial screening of applicant documents > Coordinating with stakeholders on incomplete or inaccurate documents > Updating of stakeholders on the status of the loan application > Tracking of performance of the loan application process in terms of fulfillment of our promised turnaround time > Endorsing of loan application to the Credit Department > Answering of loan inquiries of on-going applications

I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF: Senior Engineer – Site Reliability is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of applications, services and underlying infrastructure by employing monitoring and observability solution as well as creation and maintenance of automation scripts to ensure optimum level across all technology stack. II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: > Configure and maintenance of the enterprise monitoring tool to provide realtime visibility and state of health across the technology stack > Design and create dashboards to provide multi-level view based on functional requirement such as executive and tactical views > Create and maintain key threshold across all monitoring elements to ensure proactive detection and early detection of impending incident or problem > Analyze events and correlate to all observability and monitoring tools to capture trends and behavior patterns to assist in proactive course of actions > Design, develop and utilize automation tools and scripts to address repetitive actions and where possible create correction course of action to prevent and/or reduce prolonged outages > Work closely with operations team during incident and problem management for quick reaction response as identified using the monitoring tools > Regularly review and optimize infrastructure performance using logs, metrics and traces as part of continuous improvements thru adjustment of thresholds and monitoring requirement as environment constantly change > Develop and maintain a robust alerting strategy, including integration with on-call tools to ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues. > Implement and manage end-to-end event lifecycle processes to ensure accurate incident detection and efficient response.

You will be responsible for major drugstores, contributing to maximizing brand value and increasing sales. Detailed Responsibilities: １.Account Management You will build strong relationships with headquarters buyers and store staff at the Philippines' largest drugstore chains (such as Watsons and Mercury Drug) and perform the following tasks: - Sales Management and Analysis: Manage sales targets for each assigned store, analyze sales data, identify challenges, and plan and execute strategies to boost sales. - Promotion Planning: Plan and propose sales promotions, campaigns, and bundle sales to customers. - In-store Merchandising: Visit assigned stores to improve shelf layouts and set up/manage POP (point-of-purchase) materials to make our products more attractive. - Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory status of each store to prevent out-of-stock situations and promote appropriate ordering. 2.New Business Development You will explore and open new growth opportunities beyond existing channels: - Propose expanding product lines (SKUs) and the number of stores carrying our products within assigned accounts. - Approach and negotiate contracts with new sales channels, including other drugstores, supermarkets, and convenience stores that are not yet our partners. 3.Reporting & Coordination - Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and market trends for management. - Work smoothly with internal departments, such as marketing and logistics, to advance business operations.

Plan and deliver all technical aspects of the projects, working with relevant parties to assist in the information of design strategy. Supports the engineering, procurement, and construction phases of projects by assisting in the development and implementation of mechanical systems. This includes preparing technical documentation, coordinating with vendors, supporting site activities, and ensuring that mechanical systems are designed and implemented in line with project specifications and standards DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES > Act as Project Management that is to plan and manage a project to successfully complete its listed goals and deliverables. > Act as Schedule and Project Control to monitor the activities and tasks to ensure proceeding as planned. > Scheduling, controlling and optimizing work and workloads, planning the activities that can achieve the goals and priorities in the time available. > To ensure the project is running smoothly, on time and budget. Planning a certain part of the project, monitoring its progress and coordinating meetings. > Work closely with other departments (civil, electrical, instrumentation) to support integrated design and execution > Prepare and maintain project documentation in accordance with quality and regulatory standards. > Participate in inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems at project sites. > Government Permit Application / Coordinator. > Technical Drawings and Data Review. > Perform other duties as may be required from time to time.
