Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily farm operations: feeding, milking, health care - Manage livestock health: vaccination, hygiene, disease prevention - Monitor and maintain barns, equipment, and machinery - Prepare and control farm budget, monitor financial performance - Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams - Lead and train staff on dairy farming techniques and safety rules - Build relationships with buyers, suppliers, and processing plants - Ensure milk quality and delivery meet industry standards - Implement sustainable livestock practices and manage farm waste - Apply modern technology (automated milking, IoT monitoring) - Support agri-tourism activities and new farm development projects Organizational Structure: The General Manager will report directly to the company’s top management.
