Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Application Developer with strong expertise in SQL, database management, Excel Macros, and stored procedures. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust applications that optimize our business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain business applications that interact with relational databases. Build and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to support data-intensive applications. Database Management: Ensure data integrity and efficient performance of databases. Collaborate with database administrators to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve database systems. Excel Macro Development: Create, enhance, and troubleshoot complex Excel Macros/VBA scripts to automate routine processes and generate dynamic reports. Technical Collaboration: Work with business analysts and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Document application designs, coding practices, and maintenance procedures. Quality Assurance: Test and debug applications to ensure high quality and adherence to industry standards. Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

1. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of molding machines; 2. Responsible for ensuring that the molding machines are properly monitored; 3. Proficiently examine business systems, procedures and design improvements by leveraging both business and technology tools. Provides expertise in the analysis of all the production systems, applicable protocols and related processes. Evaluate aspects of business to determine what works well and what does not therefore require changes in the systems. Complaints Management / Issue Resolution: 1. Resolving system related issues and concerns by applying the standard operating procedure in resolving issues. 2. Conduct regular systems analytics to maximize effectiveness Effective Communication Skills: 3. Collaborates with various Departments and units through regular discussions to have a better understanding on business process. 4. Effectively communicating any system changes or updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment within the organization. 5. Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation. Needs Analysis and Solution Matching: 6. Performing requirements gathering and analysis by interacting with executives, management, various stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs and to derive a solution. 7. Provides existing vs. new system analysis and recommendations for systems acquisition to management and various stakeholders, and to gives support with technology in system planning and migration. Process Improvement: 8. Proactive in analyzing current processes and identifying strengths and weaknesses. 9. Participating in business process reviews to determine ways to improve the current process and develop optimization strategies. 10. Designing, developing, and implementing process/system enhancements based on business requirements and needed. Project/Program Management: 11. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects and timelines are duly met. 12. Ensuring proper documentation of projects/system enhancements. 13. Proper handover and rollout of system enhancements with user. Governance, Control and Risk Management: 14. Job Responsibilities: ? Provide on-site technical and clinical support to the customers such troubleshooting, installations and commissioning of medical equipment. ? Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivablesf data. Verify discrepancies by and resolve clientsf billing issues. Prepares debit and credit memo related to AR adjustments and responsible for its issuance. Prepares and monitors liquidation of cash advances and responsible for booking to journal voucher. Responsible for the collection of scrap sales. Responsible for the issuance of companyfs official receipt. Responsible for the regular update of passbooks with bank. Prepares monthly accrual of expenses and other month-end entries. Assists in the preparation of annual reports required by PEZA. Assists in the preparation of year-end financial audit schedules. Responsible for proper handling and filing of accounting documents. Acts as Finance Liaison Staff and performs bank transactions. General tasks Provides clerical support to the section and other related offices. Observes 6S in her designated work area. Does other jobs that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
