Collaborates with QA department to identify and implement on-going quality improvements. 9. Supports engineering change notice (ECN) and related material review board (MRB) activities as required. 10. Simulates/evaluates returned materials/products (RTV). 11. Generates/revises work instruction as required. Orients leaders and operators regarding the changes. 12. Collaborates with EE or PE for tools, fixture, machine or process improvement. 13. Analyzes operations and cycle time to set standard working time and identify capacity improvements. 14. Participates in standardizing work area, work methods and process for production. 15. Collects, analyzes, summarizes and presents production process data information trends to management. 16. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superiors.

Provide technical support for customer inquiries and help resolve issues that the sales staff bring back. ・Provide Knowledge in Water Treatment Technology Answer customer inquiries and address technical requirements by applying knowledge in water treatment. Understand design drawings and explain technical details clearly to customers. ・Review and Interpret Drawings Review water treatment-related drawings and provide necessary technical explanations to customers. Interpret system designs and drawings, offering advice to both the sales team and customers. ・Coordinate with Existing Sales Staff Work alongside the current experienced sales staff (with long-term experience in water treatment). Support their activities and deepen technical knowledge while handling water treatment-related cases.

・Interpret and translate Chinese to English/Tagalog and vice versa ・Assist in procurement and logistics processes within the manufacturing setup ・Coordinate with local and international suppliers for sourcing and purchasing ・Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation ・Support cross-functional teams to enhance communication and workflow efficiency ・Provide administrative support as needed
