We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff with a strong understanding of core business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, assisting with audits and budgeting processes, and ensuring accounting practices align with the company’s operational workflows. Key Responsibilities > Record and reconcile financial transactions related to procurement, sales and inventory. > Maintain accurate financial transactions in accounting systems. > Prepare journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and monthly financial reports. > Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. > Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment processing. > Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. > Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. > Ensure compliance with financial regulations, gov’t agencies and company policies. > Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records. > Payroll processing and tax filings.

This role is a mix of sales support and logistics coordination. -Ensure all pieces are delivered on time with the support of the Shipping Assistant. -Review current inventory and determine which pre-order items are ready to ship. -Coordinate with the Inventory Team to fully restock any out-of-stock pre-order items. -Collaborate with the QA Team to verify that premium items are the correct size before shipping, taking full responsibility for final approval. -Ensure all orders are accurately logged in Shopify and communicated clearly via Slack.
