> Manage assigned IT Infrastructure projects from proposal phase, kick-off, planning, on-site implementation up to completion/turn-over. > Gather the technical requirements and manage the development of high to low level design, drawing plans and shop drawings. > Creation and update of project schedule/WBS > CoordinaƟon and communicaƟon with project stakeholders > Work directly with customers and contractors on-site > Manage the installaƟon works for ELV System from structured cabling system (SCS), CCTV, PABX, Network Equipment, PA, etc. > Supervise vendors and suppliers/principals for contracted scope for installation. > Guide and ensure that health and safety policies of the sites are adhered to. > Manage the completion of project documents, submission to customer and closing the project.

> Prepare and issue RFP/ RFQ document to obtain proposal & quotation in coordination with project team for large scale project. > Interface with the partners/ vendors/ subcontractors for RFP/ RFQ process for timely submission of proposal/ quotation. > Make comparison and analyze SWOT of each partners/ vendors/ subcontractor and report to Project Manager. > Prepare draft supply contract and subcontract agreement and negotiate terms and condition in coordination with Project Manager and internal legal representative. > Coordinate with procurement team for internal approval as well as Purchasing Order issuance. > Plan and coordinate with supplier about delivery timeline as well as delivery methodology such as Incoterm, shipping mode in alignment of project schedule which will be advised by Project Manager. > Monitor the delivery from the vendor to be done with the agreed timeline and report to Project > Manager if any delay is observed. > Coordinate with logistics companies for international transportation/ importation & customs clearance as well as domestic delivery to the project sites. > Ensure the proper operation of the warehouse including in and out inventory. > Draft a delivery plan as well as methodology for the goods and implement based on the plan. > Ensure all transactions and deliveries are recorded for tracking purposes. > Ensure that all incident/accident reports are recorded, monitored, and addressed.

The BIM Modeler will work closely with our Project Management and Construction teams to utilize BIM modelling to create drawings that are of the highest level of details and accuracy > Responsible for the day-to-day planning and implanting of projects > Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files and models > Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support > Develop BIM plans and understand the scope of work with relevant parties > Demonstrate a strong understanding of constructions workflow processes and priorities > Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet the requirements > Troubleshoot any BIM related issues > Manage BIM projects benchmarks to meet project deadlines > Contribute to the documentation, dissemination and monitoring of standards, best practices, and industry advancements

We need an experienced HSE that can perform a variety of routine and complex administrative technical, and professional work in analyzing and administering various components of the environmental health and safety programs > Oversee the planning, creation and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety program of the project involved > Conduct regular project supervision to make sure safety protocol is being followed at the project site > Assists in conducting safety, health, and environmental inspections to determine compliance with Safety, Health & Environment requirements, OHSAS 18011, ISO 14011, and all the applicable Safety, Health & Environment laws and regulations > Monitor, document and report potential and actual negligence of safety standards at the project site > Manage safety violations by the client > Design, review and revise safety policies, procedures or detailed as deemed necessary > Review development plans for compliance with adopted safety standards and good safety practices and of client's specifications and standards > Coordinate the specific safety requirements and equipment for activities with the construction teams > Communicate immediately with the management representative/project manager any issues that are considered high priority/urgent > Ensures that all incident/accident reports are recorded, monitored, and addressed > Ensures the timely submission of filled Safety & Healthy Performance Records, Environmental Reports (EMS) and consolidate SHE reports and the projects > Performs Hazard Identification Risk Assessments and Control (HIRAC) and Aspects/Impacts Risk Assessment and Controls (AIRAC) > Protects intellectual property, company propriety and confidential information
