1. Financial Management and Reporting > Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). > Ensure accurate recording of revenues, including billing for trucking services, fuel surcharges, demurrage, and other charges. > Monitor cost of operations, such as fuel, repairs, toll fees, and driver allowances. > Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, fuel cards, and cash advances. > Develop and maintain budget forecasts and variance analyses. 2. Cost Control and Analysis > Track and analyze operational costs per truck or per route to identify cost-saving opportunities. > Monitor fuel consumption, tire expenses, maintenance, and repair costs to ensure efficiency. > Work with Fleet and Operations departments to align accounting data with actual operational performance. > Compute and analyze cost per kilometer, cost per trip, and profit margin per client or lane. 3. Billing, Collections, and Payables > Supervise billing and invoicing for trucking and logistics services. > Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments from clients. > Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to suppliers, fuel providers, and drivers. > Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions (delivery receipts, trip tickets, billing statements, etc.). 4. Compliance and Audit > Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and local government requirements. > Manage tax filings, VAT, EWT, and income tax returns. > Ensure adherence to company policies and internal control systems. 5. Cash Flow and Treasury Management > Manage cash flow to ensure availability of funds for operations (fuel, toll, repairs, payroll). > Implement cash advance and liquidation policies for drivers and operations staff. > Monitor petty cash, collections, and deposits daily. 6. Leadership and Coordination > Coordinate with Operations, Fleet Maintenance, and HR for expense validation and reporting. > Present financial performance reports and insights to top management for decision-making. 7. Job Overview ・We are looking for a leader to propose Japanese-quality orthodontic mouthpieces (aligners) and dental lab products to dental clinics across the Philippines. You will also manage a sales and support team of approximately 10 members. ・This is not a simple route-sales position. We expect a "Playing Manager" who can actively propose solutions to large corporate accounts and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) while simultaneously managing the team’s numerical targets and performance. Specific Duties & Responsibilities 1. Sales Activities (50% New Business / 50% Existing Account Management) ・Corporate & New Business Development (50%): ・Negotiate comprehensive contracts and proposals with headquarters of large Dental Chains. ・Build relationships with influential industry figures (prominent doctors, Dental Association officials). ・Promote partnerships with distributors and partner companies. ・Existing Client Retention & Expansion (50%): ・Follow up with contracted clinics, provide consulting to promote product usage (upselling), and propose new products. ・Troubleshooting (Critical): Act as the responsible party for handling claims (delivery, quality, staff correspondence). This involves rushing to clinics to apologize to doctors, proposing solutions, and restoring trust. 2. Team Management ・Manage and train a team of 10 (5 Sales Staff + 5 Clinic Support Staff). ・Conduct OJT (On-the-Job Training) and ride-alongs with underperforming staff to provide improvement guidance. ・Labor management (resolving conflicts between staff and managing motivation). ・Note: As the organization has a high ratio of female staff, experience in managing female teams is highly valued. 3. Seminars & Presentation Operations ・Plan and operate monthly seminars for doctors (approx. 50–60 attendees). ・Conduct product presentations in English (presenting to large groups of doctors to secure contracts).

1. Sales Team Management Responsible for managing the field sales team, focusing on process discipline, coaching, and performance reporting. Key Responsibility ①Manage weekly sales activities (Action Management): Review activity content, develop improvement plans based on reviews, clearly define the objectives for the following week's action plan, and approve the planned activities. ②Pre-check sales negotiation content, confirming the counterparty and the specific objective of the business meeting. ③Consolidate and report sales negotiation outcomes from individual reports to the Branch Manager. ④Scrutinize and provide coaching/advice on the presentation content of each salesperson during monthly meetings with key clients/customers. 2. Determine the reasons for non-distribution, formulate an introduction strategy, estimate necessary costs, and execute the plan. ③ Channel Analysis (General Stores - Sell-out): Formulate brand marketing and in-store initiatives to boost sell-out (consumer purchases), estimate costs, and execute the plan. 2. General Trade MD Management Collaborate with the sales team to set KPIs and manage activities for General Trade Merchandising (MD). 3. GT Promotional Fund Management Manage the allocation of promotional expenses (A&P), perform effectiveness verification (ROI assessment), and conduct budget control (actual vs. plan) for General Trade. 3. Modern Trade (MT) Trade Marketing Responsible for optimizing performance and promotional efficiency within the Modern Trade channel (e.g., hypermarkets and large retail chains). 1. Analysis & Optimization ① Analyze sell-out (consumer purchase) and actual sales (shipments to retailer) by key account/chain. ② Analyze brand performance and sell-out data to verify the effectiveness of promotions and determine whether to continue or discontinue them. ③ Manage the allocation of promotional expenses by key account and brand to maximize promotional effectiveness within the assigned budget. 2.
