As the Accounting Manager for our new facility, you will lead the establishment of our organizational foundation in addition to overseeing daily financial operations. <Job Details> - Accounting & Costing System Setup: Build and implement factory cost accounting and analysis systems from the ground up to ensure efficient operations. - ERP System Implementation: Lead or play a key role in the implementation of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or other mid-to-large scale ERPs) to drive the digitalization of accounting processes. - Taxation & Compliance: Oversee tax compliance based on Philippine tax laws, including BIR audit representation and the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation (TPD). - Governance Management: Ensure strict adherence to reporting regulations for government agencies such as the SEC and BIR, and manage legal affairs related to Corporate Secretary functions. - Startup & Logistics Support: Provide financial support for smooth equipment installation, including involvement in customs clearance and duty/tax processing for imported machinery. - Team Leadership: Direct, supervise, and develop the accounting team (covering GL, AP, AR, and Costing).

> Responsible for general reporting requirements of the Company. > Review of journal entries amount summary and attachments. > Check billings, attachments, and pre-approve of suppliers and sub-con requests for payment prior to payment. > Prepares reports, working papers, and documents required by government agencies while ensuring strict compliance with reporting requirements and/or deadlines of entities that impose penalties on late and non-submission of reports and/or payments. > Prepares monthly/quarterly schedule and Tax Returns (Withholding Tax, Income Tax, VAT Return) > Checking of Contribution and Loan Payment after uploading to eGov payment facilities. > Other Tasks that may be assigned from time to time
