Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage the Quality Assurance department at our production base in the Philippines. Main Responsibilities After Joining: - Management of quality assurance for automotive parts, primarily electronic products, and the related team. - Handling communication with customers and group companies (in Japanese and English). Detailed Duties: - Quality assurance for electronic component suppliers (supplier guidance and management). - Guidance and skill enhancement for local Filipino staff, with half of the team having 1-2 years of experience. - Communication and coordination with automotive customers. - Internal and group-wide opinion alignment. - Supplier requests and coordination, including hard negotiations. - Achieving zero-defect targets for automotive components, including requesting defect analysis and root cause countermeasures, and recovering costs for defects caused by suppliers.

Requirement
<MUST> - Management experience. - Expertise in the manufacturing processes of electronic components, especially semiconductors. - Ability to conduct hard negotiations based on technical knowledge. - Experience in requesting defect countermeasures to achieve zero-defect and recovering costs for supplier-caused defects. - A hands on "player manager" who can both manage and provide practical guidance to subordinates. - Business level English proficiency. <BETTER> - Experience working at an electronic component manufacturing company. - Experience in a quality or technical department at an electronic component manufacturing company. - Experience dealing with Japanese automotive manufacturers or Japanese in-vehicle parts suppliers.
