Job Description

・Manage schedules and monitor progress for each production and pre-assembly process on the manufacturing floor ・Lead defect reduction initiatives and ensure thorough implementation of 5S and safety practices through hands-on guidance ・Promote a shift in mindset among production staff toward quality craftsmanship and improve overall motivation ・Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions written in Japanese, and communicate them clearly to local staff in English ・Share daily Toolbox Meeting (TBM) information and updates with section leaders across departments ・Support Buyoff inspections, prepare necessary inspection documents, and assist with pre-shipment packing tasks ・Work closely with the QC and Design departments to verify quality and suggest process improvements ・Prepare monthly reports and communicate with the Japan headquarters via email (using Excel and Word) ・Participate in customer factory tours, equipment installation, and repair operations as needed

Requirement

・At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in machinery-related industries) ・English communication skills sufficient for daily conversation and coordination with local staff ・Willingness to work overseas for the long term (1 year or more; candidates of mixed heritage are also welcome) ・Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 【Welcome Conditions】 +Experience stationed or assigned in the Philippines and ASEAN region +Management experience +Experience reading piping and steel plate drawings +QC (Quality Control) experience or ISO work experience +Simple AutoCAD operation experience (drawing confirmation, etc.)
