With a strong foundation in quality, efficiency, and continuous innovation, we are expanding our operations in the Philippines and seeking highly skilled professionals to join our growing team. 【Responsibilities】 ・Lead and support new product introduction projects, applying advanced project and program management principles. ・Identify and manage project risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure successful execution. ・Oversee injection molding machine parameter adjustments and tool setting. ・Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success. ・Review, arrange, and monitor product samples to meet quality requirements. ・Identify and resolve tooling issues that fail to meet standards. ・Recommend appropriate injection machines for different product levels. ・Work with customers and management to establish standards for product design and production.
