• Job Description

  ・Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to achieve production targets. ・Monitor production processes to ensure safe and efficient operations, and identify areas for improvement. ・Assign and coordinate tasks for production staff, and provide appropriate training to ensure effective performance of daily duties. ・Ensure that quality control standards and procedures are applied to the production process, and address any quality-related issues that may arise. ・Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain staff to ensure that raw materials and other necessary supplies are secured according to schedule.
