Job Description
Reports to the Head of Administration Division and is fully involved in strategic decisions including budgeting for the company and human management for the headed department. Contributes to policy and procedures setting and to the development and the improvement of whole processes related to Finance and Accounting. Ensures timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data. Contributes to the definition and achievement of agreed business objectives for the division/organization. Establishes and maintains an accounting and tax filing system which guarantees the accurate presentation of financial results and tax returns. Provides advice to senior management on interpretation of operating results and trends compared to targets and/or prior results. > Leads and manages the Finance and Accounting department and promotes/ ensures their performance is met to the rquirements and missions of the organization as the team. > Provides the overall strategy and direction of the department given the annual objectives / goals of the Company. > Partners with the Department Heads/Management Team, and HQ Office in preparing the annual budgets (BS, PL and details of each expense such as advertising, sales promotion, traveling, IT, professional, etc.) and presents them including the forecast for approval. > Collaborates and partners with other members of the Management team to maximizing efficiency of operations especially in the field of accounting and finance by establishment of solutions. > Analyzes data and provides performance results and/or forecasts, and other financial reports and recommendation to the Management Team and HQ. > Verifies accuracy and ensures timely submission of all finance and accounting data and/or reports either for internal use and/or to be submitted to an external entity such as the SEC, BIR, Auditors and other government associations. > Acts as the company's representative in the different government (SEC/ BIR/ etc.) and financial (Auditor) institutions. > Coaches, guides and mentors staff to provide opportunities of continuous growth & career development by performance evaluation and training arrangement. > Performs/undertakes other duties/tasks that assigned from time to time.

Requirement
> BS Accounting > At least 8-10 years working in the fields of Finance and Accounting (AP/AR, Forecasting, Financial Accounting, Tax filing, etc) > At least 3 years in a Management position > Certified Public Accountant (CPA) > Strategic Planning > Leadership and Management > Coaching and Mentoring > Stakeholder Management > Business Acumen
