We offer opportunities to grow in a stable and professional setting with exposure to Japanese business practices. <Job Summary> We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assistant Admin/Accounting Manager with strong administrative experience and basic Japanese communication skills (JLPT N3). This role will be responsible for leading daily office and admin operations, government compliance coordination, and supporting HR-related tasks. 【Responsibilities】 ・Manage and coordinate all administrative and office operations ・Support recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management activities ・Ensure timely government-related processing (PEZA, visa, permits, etc.) ・Monitor company compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audits ・Oversee employee relations, grievances, and workplace communication ・Maintain and update office and HR databases and documentation ・Support performance evaluation and training initiatives ・Supervise safety, wellness, and emergency response planning ・Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external agencies as needed

Requirement
【MUST】 ・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field ・At least 5–8 years of experience in administrative management (preferably in BPO or service-oriented companies) ・JLPT N3 level or higher, with strong proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal) ・In-depth knowledge of labor laws and admin/HR best practices ・Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and general office software ・Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management abilities ・Ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism and discretion ・Strong personality with confidence in decision-making and people handling ・Skilled in multitasking, problem-solving, and time management ・Familiarity with processing PEZA, DOLE, Visa, and other government documents 【BETTER】 ・Experience in a travel, tourism, or shared service environment ・Background in working with Japanese organizations or cross-cultural teams ・Knowledge in basic accounting, payroll, or finance-related support is a plus ・Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
