Job Description
Newly established logistics company in the Philippines, backed by a global logistics group. The company provides end-to-end supply chain solutions across various industries such as retail, e-commerce, and consumer goods. This position will play a key role in building stable and efficient warehouse operations in the country. We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin & Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks and general accounting functions, with a strong focus on tax-related reporting. This is a great opportunity to grow with a start-up logistics operation located in Cabuyao, Laguna. 【Responsibilities】 ・Manage general accounting functions, including tax-related documentation (e.g., BIR reports, monthly tax filings) ・Submit reports to management and ensure all accounting records are complete and accurate ・Maintain AP/AR and basic payroll tracking ・Perform HR support tasks such as monitoring employee attendance, handling employee records, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding ・Provide day-to-day administrative support including document organization, internal coordination, and compliance tracking ・Coordinate with external consultants on accounting and legal requirements ・Support management with data preparation and internal reporting ・Handle various general office administrative duties *Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time ★Why Join Us?★ ・Be part of a startup logistics team with international standards ・Gain exposure to multi-functional tasks including accounting, HR, and administration ・Enjoy a structured weekday schedule (no weekend work) ・Direct involvement with management-level reporting and coordination ・Opportunity for professional development and internal training

Requirement
【MUST】 ・2–3 years of general accounting experience, especially in tax-related tasks and BIR reporting ・Hands-on experience in general daily and monthly reporting tasks, including BIR and other tax-related reports, as well as AP/AR and payroll documentation. ・Background in HR tasks such as attendance monitoring, employee recordkeeping, and document filing ・Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Admin, or related course ・Strong administrative skills with experience in internal support functions ・Stable employment history (no frequent job changes) 【BETTER】 ・Experience coordinating with external accounting or payroll consultants ・Previous exposure to Japanese work culture or international clients ・Familiarity with start-up or small business environments
