Job Description
The Business Analyst (Manufacturing Excellence) is tasked with driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role oversees the optimization of production processes, cost management, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and ensures the delivery of strategic goals through KPI reporting for the entire company. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to align performance with corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. KPI Reporting and Analysis: > Develop and maintain a comprehensive KPI dashboard to monitor overall company performance, including manufacturing, quality, cost, and delivery metrics. > Regularly analyze KPI trends and provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. > Ensure data accuracy and consistency across departments for reliable KPI reporting. 2. Data Analysis: > Analyze production metrics, costs, and market trends to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities. 3. Process Improvement: > Identify and lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. > Benchmark processes against industry standards and implement best practices. 4. Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma: > Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity. > Facilitate workshops and kaizen events to empower teams and foster continuous improvement. 5. Operational Excellence: > Work with leadership to set performance targets aligned with corporate goals. > Regularly assess manufacturing operations for compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. 6. Cost Management: > Identify cost-saving opportunities across manufacturing operations while maintaining product quality. > Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to improve resource utilization and inventory management. 7. Technology and Digital Integration: > Evaluate and implement technologies to enhance manufacturing processes, including automation and data-driven decision-making tools. > Partner with IT to improve reporting systems and integrate ERP solutions for end-to-end visibility. 8. Cross-functional Collaboration: > Partner with production, quality, finance, and HR teams to ensure KPIs reflect holistic company performance. > Act as a liaison between the manufacturing floor and senior management to align operational performance with strategic objectives.

Requirement
> Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering specializing in Food Manufacturing, (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: > 5 to 10 years of experience in food manufacturing operations, process improvement, or similar roles, preferably in ice cream/food. > Proven experience in KPI reporting and dashboard management for large-scale operations. > Industry Knowledge: Toll manufacturing dynamics, supply chain logistics. Skills: > Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt certification preferred). > Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. > Strong project management and leadership abilities. > Experience with ERP systems and food safety standards.
