responsible for overseeing the operational integrity, safety, and functionality of organizational equipment and physical infrastructure. This role involves managing the acquisition, maintenance, repair, and inventory control of all equipment and ensuring compliance with regulatory and institutional standards. The manager will also supervise facility operations, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and support space planning initiatives to align with organizational goals.

Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (required).  A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in equipment or facilities management, including supervisory duties.  Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager [CFM], Facilities Management Professional [FMP], or OSHA compliance training) are preferred.
